Peppercorns Tapas - Anstey in Charnwood

I have food in Peppercorns every time I come back to my home village, roughly every 2 months, and have been doing so for several years. - I have never disappointed. Food and service are always excellent.

The cafe is bright & airy with nice decor & magazines to read. The staff were lovely & the Sunday breakfast was delicious. Some of the proceeds help LOROS which is an added bonus … we will definitely visit again ⭐️

Very sad full English .. we ordered 2 full English, they were both burnt to a crisp sausages very poor quality.. eggs hard and coldI would have sent it back but husband told me to not to make a fuss.. so wouldn't go again or recommend it

Had breakfast here accompanied by friends. We all chose something different and each one of us were extremely pleased with the food. My full English was so tasty, not greasy and excellent value for money. The place is light, airy and spotlessly clean. The lady who served us was friendly and efficient . I will certainly return here.

Reserved a table and pre-ordered as only have a short lunch. Food was ready the moment we arrived, was beautifully presented and extremely tasty. Cannot fault anything :-)

Absolute rubbish, service rubbish menu rubbish thought I would treat my wife and kids to a nice what looked like nice anyway, staff haven't got a clue and was getting other untimely drinks wrong. I definetly wi never attempt to nourish my family at this location again.Good I am surprised its lasted this long

Ordered afternoon tea for 30 people for my dad's 70th birthday and everyone said it was delicious, particularly the scones. The quantity was generous and the selection of sandwiches was very good. There was a bit of a mix up with the dietary requirements, but they were very apologetic and worked hard to fix it for us.

Not bad really. Decent choice of light meals service was a bit slow but the pricing is fair. Nice cheese and tomato toastie. cakes looked good but didn't try them. Seating is with random chairs and tables which makes for a relaxed atmosphere .friendly staff.worth another visit.may well return.
