Pizza Hut - Thurmaston in Charnwood

It was OKthe food. I went for the lunchtime buffet deal.I don't like the fact how I was forced to use my phone to order my food and pay for items 'due to Covid' and apparently restaurant is now 'cashless'. I'm not great with technology and find it uncomfortable and unfair and this could exclude certain customers I.e. elderly/vulnerable or people who do not have technology or perhaps a bankcard to do this. Extremely disappointed how Pizza Hut has turned out.

NOT Very in accommodating for vegetarians for buffets. Asked for veg hot and person at the food station not very helpful at all & I found one of them to be very rude.The pizza chef before used to be very helpful and accommodating to vegetarians. Gone downhill!

Still a good and safe lunch buffet. Nice veggie options. More pricey now - £8.99. Enjoyed. Felt safe and tables were spaced out. Would have preferred for front of house staff to wear face mask.

It was a total pleasure to eat here as the staff were very welcome and friendly, it was so refreshing to see staff enjoying their jobs and been so nice a professional to all the customers.

Average at best 1star ,xmas meal with family another table hands us a discount voucher they didn't use the server snatches it out are hands and tells us for nhs only 🙄 thanks for the Xmas spirit pizza hut what a despicable way of taking kind gesture from 1 of the NHS staff 👏

After eating there all the family have had the stomach problems.I do not recommend this place. Food is gross and probably not fresh

I would not even give them 1 star. Absolutely awful, drowned with oil pizzas! Ingredients missing.Waiters incompetence, did not inform us that ingredients were missing until after we ordered.When we got 6 individual pizzas, all of them were drowned with excessive oil.ehich they flatly denied...When we complained they did nothing.I then asked customer service to strep in and refund our money back.They didn't do anything other the skirt around the issue.They have gone down hill, better off to eat Greg's or asda sandwiches then to eat here!Never ever again!!!

Gone downhill. Used to be my favourite place to eat but now it feels to overpriced. No pasta, pay extra for cokes unlike how it used to be. Just coming here feels like i’m coming for a very overpriced restaurant 30bills for 2 pizzas is a joke and not had most things i wanted like any milkshakes available. Felt i travelled for nothingWaste of time and money just the location is good.

Wonderful restaurant and just went there With my family. The staff there were very kind and the bathrooms have a foot opening door

Nice location but they need more staff. The menu I find to be quite expensive if you do not choose to eat there lunch buffet. The real star of the show is the cookie dough desserts. Really under rated in my opinion. The cookie dough sharing portion is a must next time you go down! Amazing stuff
