Pizza Palace in Charnwood

They make great food but the removal of buy one get one free on their range of pizzas to just cheese or pepperoni only is a big shot in the foot for them won’t be ordering from you guys until this changes, your prices were good but now are at dominoes level may as well order from them instead.

Really lovely food I come from Leicester for my food reasonably priced will continue visiting

After ordering a Buy1Get1Free i only received 2 of the 4 pizzas. Rang the restaurant explaining that i ordered 2 B1G1F they claimed that i had ordered 2 single pizzas now looking at the screenshots you can only order a 12" or a 10" on the B1G1F offer and only 15" for the single pizzzas. order clearly shows that its 2 pizzas one 12" one 10". They told me to contact just eat as "we wont help you" after talking with just eat they said "contact the restaurant as its there responsibility. Absolutely disgusting services. Driver barely knew what he was doing. The guy on the phone was rude and defensive. And even admitted he made the wrong size pizzas... as received 2 12"....

So pleased I found this place. The only place I've found that puts naga on pizza - I had it in a calzone and it was absolutely amazing.

I orders chicken wings and a few of them were raw!! and they weren’t even chicken wings they were drumsticks do not recommend

Both Myself and my hubby have just ordered from here. The food is fantastic and was delivered on time. We'll definitely be ordering from here again! 👍

Quick service and good food, although the gentleman behind the counter could have been a little more friendly.

This is the best kebab store in lboro!! The mixed kebab is beyond amazing and the pizza looks amazing too!!! 💯 💯 💯

Unsure why there are so many negative reviews on Pizza Palace; I ordered from them last night and was not disappointed. Really decent prices for great food and fast delivery.

Terrible delievery driver, kicked off because we received our order and we didn't get the chocolate cakes we paid for, so we phoned them back up, the man in the shop said he would send two right away, 10 mins later we get a call from the delievery driver yelling at us that he put the chocolate cake in the bag, we argued for about 10 more minutes, so we said we will come to the shop to collect them if that's what it comes to and he went on saying "I don't appreciate threats" to my understanding, saying I'm coming to get my food isn't a threat.... so after him still refusing, we put the phone down. Don't ever use this place.
