Outdoor service is limited to guests in groups of six or two households (no limit on number) is permitted. Please note we may need to vary our opening hours given the time of year and the unpredictable nature of our Great British weather! Great boozer unlike the one down the road infact went out for a ciggy and could smell something mouldy coming from top railway

Great pub the landlady/landlord always makes you feel welcome. Great staff, a friendly atmosphere i would highly recommend the place. Definitely worth coming for a few drinks.

Yet again what a fantastic Christmas and New Year’s season at the bottom railway… the best yet to date and it’s all down to Emma and Dan who are always smiling and serve the best drinks around here and it’s definitely the best pub in shepshed and all the regulars love it here!!!

I love the pub, i always have and i always will. Dan and Em are great and it's very friendly and family pub. Have a great time with the big group of friends we all are in the pub and love them all.
