Ryan's Indian Cuisine in Charnwood

Been eating there years, food has really gone down hill the last 2 months. Just really bland.Also they charged me for delivery even though I ended up collecting it myself?!

Always good food, friendly staff and good value for money

Good enough for first timer however, food is tasteless if your regular indian food lover. Tarka dal that I tried had no actual yarka apart from green chillies as a topping. Chilli panner was do sweet and I suggest they should change there name to sweet panner instead. Staff was friendly and provided excellent service.

Many thanks to the kind staff.We had a unbelievable tasty meal and the staff was so nice to warn me ,as I'm not used to the spicy Indian food, not to choose the wrong meal.Overall the staff was extremely kind.Food was perfect and prices are okay.

Friendly helpful staff, complementary dish and extra poppadoms which was a nice surprise. OneDisappointment for me was the food colouring, bright red and very synthetic looking and tasting. Didn't need it and spoilt the dish for me which was paneer masala.

Delicious food with good size portion's. Lovely atmosphere in the restaurant and excellent friendly polite staff . Highly recommended.

I cannot believe I am writing this. My sister just informed me of the abuse she received from this restaurant. She ordered on UberEats and when her order arrived it contained raw chicken. (see picture attached) When she called to raise the issue she spoke to a man who told her she was lying and that he wanted to come to her house to see this for himself. He told her that he "knows where she lives" - how scary and alarming! He also went on to say that he doesn't want a customer like her returning to the restaurant - a completely inappropriate response considering she was the one served RAW MEAT. He then told her to "get lost" and to speak to UberEats regarding the issue. This is absolutely appalling and we will be taking this further.

Always a good place to have some Indi-Bengal meal.The management and staff are always extremely friendly to all customers and trying to attain an improved experience on every visit, adjustable seasoning to hot-spicy each one's tolerance and awareness of ingredients regarding food allergies.Aside from all the food (the most important), it is a nice dining environment, modern, tidy and with plenty of distance between tablesFor sure, a must-have in town.

The best Indian restaurant in loughborough !! Great food and takeaways !! . The stuff are very friendly and treat the customers with a lot of respect !! It's always a pleasure to come here !!

Really nice food, good portions. Service a little slow but the quality food made up for that.
