Visited first time, very disappointed with the service, ordered a cappuccino which was cold, breakfast too, ordered a second hot cappuccino which was warm but tasted awful like water.Drinks came very late.Only positive experience was the place was nice and clean.Maybe ill try it one more time see if my experience is any better ...

Very nice & cosy place!Pros:- Elegant location;- Amable personnel;- Very good dessert & coffee ( I've had Apple Crumble Pie);- 1 x British Pool table available on site; free play may be available varying on the day / visiting hour;- Paid parking is available on the ground floor of the complex;- Free Wi-fi;- Power supply sockets available at most of the tables (noticed this, as I needed to power my laptop);- Big TV's displayed on walls, for watching different sports;- Last, but not least: nice, big, clean toilettes.Cons:- The billiard balls may need to be replaced;

Great place to eat. Popped in early afternoon on the off chance and food and drink were excellent with lovely staff. Fantastic place.

Phenomenal breakfast here, poached eggs to perfection with delicious smoked salmon and hollandaise sauce in top of sour dough toast with a rocket sideLovely service at a great venue, start any special day right at this gaff! 👍👌😁

Food was not fresh, I ordered a fish that had a strange smell and was outdated. after this dish i feel bad even though i only tasted a little fish. (It was not possible to eat, the taste was very bad). I just ate everything else, I almost didn't eat fish. According to the waiters, we got a £ 5 discount, even though the fish cost close to £ 16. I was left disappointed with this lunch

Nice seating in the outdoor area with blankets and heat lamps. Ordered a gluten free breakfast which was no fuss and they confirmed the bread was toasted separately. Would have been better if the sausages were also gluten free but they substituted this with extra bacon. Would reccomend for breakfast.

Managed to walk in at 8.45pm on a busy Friday night for food. We were visiting from Scotland and Goodliffes looked nice.We both ordered 3 tapas and a drink and cannot fault the food, service or ambience. Really enjoyed the food and would highly recommend.

Amazing breakfast! Staff are so welcoming and nothing too much trouble, great with small kiddies and even provide cutlery for them. Food is absolute quality, a real treat tucked away, a must visit if you are in Loughborough. Be sure to book!

Went for breakfast it was lovely and good quality produce. Sat inside which was very spacious and light. Saw the lunch menu which sounded great so will be returning soon for sure!
