We have always had great service and food from here.

Absolutely love their crispy beef but very disappointed with the portion sizes nearly 7 pound for half a container, I understand its a business but its far to expensive for what you actually get 😕

Ordered from here regularly. Always amazing tasty food, piping hot and the best noodles ive ever eaten. Always deliver on time cannot fault this is my go to for a chinese without a doubt

Waited over 2 hours for the food, and the driver tried to say he'd left it for us. The driver didn't realise anyone comes to our door, the dog goes nuts, and about 2 mins before it arrived, I'd taken her out of that door, where he'd claimed he'd left it. It wasn't the wait, as much as it was the lack of apology, and being lied to by the driver. Won't order from here again. Food was nice, third time we have ordered. When phoned up, told 90 minutes wait, which Is fine, but foodhub said 90 minutes delivered, not over 2 hours, with no apology at all.

Been using Satisfy for a while now and its my go to , fresh clean food, the pork schezuan is the best, The prawn toast is outrageous, I will never go anywhere else for a Chinese food as its doomed to fail, Give it a try honestly you won't be disappointed 😋

Usually spot on but tonight was not a great experience. Pre ordered 3 hours early to get at the right time. Had to ring when it was 15 minutes late though it did arrive about 5 minutes later. Unfortunately 3 out if 4 rice dishes were missing and it took another phone call to get that about 10 minutes later. This has always been our preferred Chinese take away so hope this was a blip. An apology when the missing food arrived would have been nice as well.

Food was an 40 minutes late. To be fair, food was tasty and hot but we were all starving by the time it arrived. Receptionist was beyond rude and quite frankly I do not know how she has a job. She put the phone down on me too. Disgusting service and for that reason we will NEVER be ordering again. I think the owners need to review there front of house. Because that girl is awful.

We have just eaten the set meal for two with crispy duck. The whole meal was delicious. We added prawn toasts as I love them and they did not disappoint.We will definitely order again.

Placed my order at 17:30, it arrived 20:45!! I could not reach the restaurant, when I called there was an automated message saying the mailbox was full, so I couldn't even cancel. They had the cheek to charge £4 for delivery & there was not even a hint of an apology! My 7 year old was absolutely starving so we fed him & then the food arrived.Shocking service, I would avoid at all costs.
