Subway in Charnwood

The food is always freshly prepared, the service is good and the seating area is always clean.

Very busy restaurant not enough people for service. There is one person looking after walk in customers and also for online orders. Expect waiting times

Poor service, got my order completely wrong, I wouldn’t recommend using this subway just stay away

Deliveroo man waiting to collect an order, refused to wear a mask, they obviously they dont care about their customers well being - pathetic!

My son always sends me out for his subway treat.very pleased with subway's cannot complain,give to them a try, look out for offer's.

This place is a joke I received my order with one half of a sub in the box absolutely disgusting no wrapping either and with Covid going around I think this is revolting

We were really disappointed unfortunately, the bread was stale and dry and there was barely any filling in the sub to the point where you couldn't really taste it, the lettuce was starting to go brown also. Hopefully it was just a quiet day for them, maybe it had stood awhile, we got there about 12pm. We've eaten here before and although you don't get much compared to other Subways we've never had a problem with the food being stale.

The food is always served to the high standards expected from a Subway outlet. My only gripe was having to wait in a queue when I'd ordered ahead to collect at a very specific time using their app.

A Subway is a Subway, they literally warm it up for you in a pre-programmed oven. So all I can really comment on is the service, and after pre-ordering online, with a booked time slot for collection, I had to wait in a queue for over half an hour despite there being just three people in front of me. If I'd used the contactless collection service I think I'd still be there today. Rubbish.Definitely using the branch at Shelthorpe in the future

Tried to get a subway an hour before the closing time, only o be told that it was already closed by the person behind the counter. Why have a closing time if you are just going to shut up shop as and when you feel like it?
