Supreme Fish Bar in Charnwood

5 stars - the fish are huge! Delicious and same with the chips and mushy peas, you just want more, and more, and crave it for days later. I've travelled the world and we're based in Australia but have family in Loughborough - we always get our F&C fix here every time in town!!! No-where on the planet beats their fish & chips!

Foods good, with great choices, but live I've said before about chip shops, chips are just not good enough, needs to be nice and crispy, using the excuse of having them wrapped to take home is no excuse, because they never used to be back in the day, when fast food was more of pride than getting money in the till

Good quality, very reasonably priced, big portions, fast and friendly service. A small chips is MASSIVE! 🤤

It's always a good meal from here; fish is always fresh and tasty and if you fancy something different try a mixed kebab, marvellous.

Usually the chips are nice, for what ever reason we waited 15 min for what tasted like old warmed up chips, they went in the bin

Very pleasant and warm service by the staff.I purchased Childrens chips(£1.90) and was absolutely delicious.👌

Very good service. I asked for a large haddock and small chips. Well . . . . The haddock was large and judging by the portion of chips, a large portion would have lasted a fortnight. No problems at all. I will definitely call in again. Many thanks for a good meal.

Has been my local fish and chip shop for some time and I have never had a bad experience. The food is excellent. The staff are always smiling 😀

The chips we actually got were very nice,but after waiting extra time for the fish to be cooked (which is understandable) the big surprise was the lack of chips we actually got when we finally got home. The pictures below has the fish removed from one tray but literally these are the amount of chips we got.... It doesn't even cover the base of the tray... Looks like leftovers rather than fresh from the chippy. Really disappointed with the portion size.... That's an understatement actually.

Just been to Supreme chip shop, just moved in the area thought we would give it a try. Battered sausage the biggest black hair straight through it. Binned the dinner as about threw up. They dont wear hair nets, so this is why. All they could say is do you want another one or refund. But not the point, hygiene needs reviewing.
