Thai Legend in Charnwood

Had a wonderful stay, all the staff is so kind and very caring. Rooms and food are great, highly recommend.

Lovely stay owners very accommodating when we had booking problem with booking.com very friendly staff good food comfy beds

Such a great little find in Loughborough. There is a traditional Thai spa on site and the restaurant serves Thai food. The prices are reasonable and the hosts are so helpful. I'm hoping that I get another trip to Loughborough soon so I can stay again and maybe organise my schedule to try the Thai spa

Came here for a massage and dinner. Amazing thai massage!!!The food is great too. Will definitely be returning! 🙂🙂

Wish I could give less than one star.I have been a loyal customer through the years despite their constant mix ups with bookings. Time and time again I book a time, arrive, only to be told no one is available. I take time out of my day to be there and there is no respect for that. Today I was told there were no appointments and then 10 mins later Hasina called me back to say they could see me at 7.30. I arrive in good time, as always, only to be told that someone else came and now they are fully booked for the day. It's almost laughable. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I won't be returning. In the past Baz has done his best to accommodate but the new owner (I believe her name is Hasina) shows no such regard and is worryingly rude and unaccommodating to her customers. When I showed her the call she herself made and asked if there was any way she could accommodate as this was her error, she literally couldn't care less.No wonder their therapists keep leaving to work elsewhere. If this is the lack of respect they show their paying customers, I worry how they treat their staff.

I only learned on being shown my room that I had a shared toilet. All other facilities were available in the room. The hosts are really hands on and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble

Had a fantastic stay, thankyou for having us. Staff friendly and helpful, went above and beyond. The jacuzzi was out of action (but covid related, so can't be helped) room was cosy, en suite was okay, bit small but did the job, bed was lovely, I slept so well 😀 which is unusual for me 😊. The on site restaurant was lovely, delicious food and great staff, then the breakfast day room was lovely and spacious with plenty of choice even a traditional Thai breakfast 😋 far too filling for me to finish 😀 😊. The on site bar we didn't get to sample as we went for a walk after dinner and found a cosy pub. We didn't have any of the treatments as I was not brave enough (have a phobia of people touching me) 😊😊

Thieves!! Returned from work to find all of my personal belongings had been removed 'by accident'. Upon chasing and chasing some items could not be found and the hotel staff assured me i would be compensated for replacements the next day. Of course in the morning the staff were not there and I had to leave. AGAIN assured it would be resolved via email. Of course it isn't and they are now refusing to resolve this as agreed. Also, the jacuzzi does not work and hasn't for 2 years and the showers in the room are full of damp and other peoples hair. Absolutely shambles, scam artists and liars who will be incredibly polite to your face which is the worst bit!

As soon as you enter the place the aroma of essential oils fills you. We booked for a 2 night accommodation. Room was small but everything was taken care of in that space. Free parking.

Me and my staff stayed here for 4 nights. We stayed for work commitments. The rooms and facilities are perfect. The guest house was walking distance from the town centre. The staff are amazing. They can't do enough for you. If we need to work at Loughborough again. I would definitely book to stay here again
