The Harrow Inn in Charnwood

Terrible service with wait times at the bar ridiculous, even though it was dead inside and barely anyone in there. Full of insular locals who do not welcome outsiders and make you feel weird. And the food was not even subpar, do not recommend.

Great food, great prices, great pub, car park.Called in at the Harrow Inn last night to see what the group was like, I was not dissappinted.The group Mysterious Blues,they are classed as an original blue band that do covers as well.This pub is a nice pub to visit for the group's and noted for great food, ample car parking, friendly staff that keeps the place clean and tidy, worth a visit🌟.26.02.22 Went to the Harrow last night at 20.20 hoping to get a good seat so I can take video,s of Tann I Browne, Bob Marley tribute,the place was so busy, Ithink I got the last seat, and gave up trying to do a review.It was nice to see people enjoying themselves, the dance floor was full.Good luck to management and staff for been successful at what you are doing🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very nice place. Unfortunately it was a funeral, but food was plentiful and very tasty. I have been for a meal there before which we enjoyed, and have been back since.

We moved to thurmaston a few months back and are chuffed we found the Harrow...after popping in on weekends for a few great Guinness we decided to have some food as it looked great. Had some seabass and it was lovely and the scampi too...excellent value! Had the carvery today and they accommodated two nut roasts, a gluten free and a regular carvery without any issue. Friendly staff, great food and lovely atmosphere!

Cheeky toastie & a beer on a Friday lunchtime. Great choice of food. 2 for £12 option available. Portions of main meals looked very generous. This pub always has a good choice of well kept Real Ales on tap.

A really nice warm.and inviting family pub. Serving the usual pub grub, as well as a carvery dinner. which is very good indeed the portions are massive and very generous.

We went for a carvery today. The meat was lovely and cannot fault it, its value for food at 8.95 as apart from meat and Yorkshire pudding you can help yourself. The issue for me was the mash was lumpy, roast potatoes really dry, and vegetables were not cooked well enough so if you like a little crunch then you will be OK. There is a lot of variety to choose from and the pub is family friendly just not for me.

Lovely Food. Great Service. Massive Portions. Felt safe whilst visiting. Would highly recommend. They also have a little second hand book corner which was cute! Definitely check your bill before paying as they did mix it up twice but easily rectified.
