The Moon and Bell in Charnwood

A decent version of a Wetherspoons pub. Food is pretty good and, most importantly, they support cask ale and tend to keep it fresh. I attended their festival and had several excellent beers at wonderfully reasonable prices.

This weather spoons in Loughborough. It’s a very good pub/restaurant. It’s the heart of Loughborough when you are going to see a show at Loughborough Town Hall if you’re going to the cinema if your journey going for a night out in Loughborough. And you want to get decent drinks and a nice cheap meal I highly recommend going here staff are friendly places clean.I would recommend that you try to go on a day when it’s not crowded as you may not get a table.

Nice pub with the usual value for money menu and drinks. Ideal for visiting Loughborough Town centre as large car park (pay and display) very close by. A small walled outdoor area. The food service is usually quick and staff always pleasant. Quite small for a Wetherspoons so can get crowded.

4 stars cus you can't do 4 and 3 1/4s. Wife thought bit too much pesto on pasta Alfredo.Seriously the place is that good. Spotless, brilliant staff, swift service.Spoons are normally cheap and cheerful and sometimes you have to put up with grotty.This place has totally done away with the grot.Eating here again.

The usual Wetherspoon experience but it was very crowded, not their problem. I wanted to choose mixed grill but it wasn't available so I chose a steak but that wasn't either. Not good enough Tim Martin! Get your act sorted.

Wonderful pub meal with a chocolate fudge cake with ice cream :)

We had an early evening meal here (one adult, two children). We all had burgers with a side order of onion rings to share. The food was fresh and tasty and the drinks were good too (two soft drinks and a pint of ale). The pub was clean (including the toilets) and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bill for three meals with drinks was about £20 which was very good value. We'll go here again.

We were dreading using their own app at first but it ended up as a pleasant experience. The pints came quite quickly with the extra lemonade ordered which made up the lager&bitter shandys. And within a few minutes later, the main meal arrived and was fairly hot. The staff were helpful and made our time there enjoyable. We shall definitely visit again in the very near future.

Feels like a local's pub as opposed to the othr Wetherspoons in the town. Small and quite cosy. Only negative on this visit was that the carpet could do with a good clean

Ordered steak, it was full of gristle and unable to chew is, had to remove most of what I tried to eat into a napkin. I complained and was bought another steak, it was tiny, just as much gristle and over cooked. I’m not someone who normally complains, but this was horrendous! I don’t feel like my complaint was taken seriously! Very disappointed
