Horrible staff , very disrespectful!! didn't help, just ignored my question regarding a gift I really liked and wanted to buy, first and last time there 😡

Excellent friendly customer service. Bought some furniture and the customer service was second to none. Just the little things like listening and offering advise to what was the right colour options to go for. Whilst the furniture bought wasn't cheap it was good to know that I bought from a British manufacturer and also from a local business. Supporting the local economy is something we need to do more. Cheaper isn't always better. Just need to wait for the furniture now, so will update after delivery.

Afternoon tea with my family was a real disappointment yesterday. On arrival 2 young female staff totally ignored us. I had to ask for our table. Got seated and a rather small afternoon tea arrived. 3 of us eating but only 2 of each sandwich variety. very small cakes, a handful of crisps. 1 small éclair. The scones were warm, but we were not eating them first so cold by the time we came to eat them. Nobody checked if we were OK, and had to ask for more tea. Definitely better places to go.in response to your reply, a girl came at the beginning of our meal to get drinks order, but we then had to ask for more drinks. We were definitely not offered anything else, and we were not asked how it was until my daughter went to pay. I appreciate your response but it's not completely accurate.

Excellent customer service from Tylers. I purchased a bedside cabinet four years ago from them and wanted another one to match. In store I was told they no longer stocked the design but if I emailed details they would see if they could order one.A couple of days after emailing the details Tylers called and said that they wouldn’t be able to order another but they had spoken to the suppliers and had details of a company that did stock it (Tylers had even checked on the other companies website to tell me what they referred to the style as). Although they weren’t getting a sale they still spent time to help which is very appreciated. Also the café is excellent for breakfast.

Had a dining table delivered today that we bought in store. Due to the current climate with regards to production overseas it was going to be delayed a bit but Tylers were excellent all the way through and kept us in the loop. The table came into stock in the time predicted.Delivery was free and the guys who arrived were friendly and professional in constructing the table in no time. Wouldn't hesitate to use Tylers again for furniture - fair prices, local and quality products. We are delighted with our dining table.

We were very disappointed with the afternoon tea. My parents were given a voucher for xmas and invited my partner and I to join. They booked in advance to make sure everything was ok. They also made sure to confirm the additional cost of 2 extra people (£15 each). We arrived and the staff were lovely. Our table was reserved so we sat straight down. Our drinks order was taken promptly. But from here it went down hill. The afternoon tea was served however it was disappointing especially when they tried to charge us the best part of £80 for the following. One hot drink each(tea and coffee), x2 small pork pies, x4 cheese straws, selection of 3 flavours of sandwiches that were so small i think it equated to barely two 'toaster' sized sandwiches, a bit of salad, a small portion of coleslaw, 4 mince pies, 2 brownies, 1 slice of victoria sponge and 1 slice of lemon cake. We even had to check that this was definitely for four people baring in mind it came out on a single platter. We have been out to some very upscale places for afternoon tea and paid much less than £80 and got a much better selection and volume of food. It really was disappointing. So to summarise, I really would not recommend the afternoon tea. It was extremely over priced for what you get. What i will note is that once my dad had a word with someone we did pay the original £15 per head but even then i really don't think it was worth that either. Poor effort i'm afraid.

We visited the cafe for afternoon tea. It was very nice and the staff were lovely. The reason it only got three stars was because there is no disabled access to the cafe which is up a large flight of stairs. There is no lift. My husband is disabled and it took us a long time to get up there. We wouldn't have bothered but the tea was a gift.

I love this place very much. It's very cosy and comfortable like at home. The staff is friendly. And the main thing is coffee. It's delicious! and its smell - I've never visited any other cafe with such tasty coffee. They're magicians. Recommend!
