Wan's in Charnwood

Easily the best Chinese place in Loughborough. As far as takeaway goes, it's the only stuff I'll really order and theirs is great. A few others have either sent mouldy food, over cooked their food, or charge considerable more for less quanity. Never overcooked, never too salty or sweet. Best place on this side of the County, if not the whole of Leicestershire.

Really good food and fast delivery.

Was going to spend over £80 on new home shirt and have it personalised but had to put it back as they said they were not permitted to let me have fa cup badge on one sleeve and premier badge on the other sleeve makes no sense as there is nothing on either sleeve VERY DISAPPOINTED 😥

Absolutely awful service. Food turned up and it has some missing, contacted the shop to let them know so they could put it right and was spoken to a very rude man who was confrontational. We were told to drive down and pick the remaining items up!! We ordered a delivery service due to settling down for the evening.This ruined our evening meal and I would definitely NOT recommend anyone to order from them.

Last year this was the best takeaway in Loughborough but what we had tonight was really disappointing. Beef with tomato and Duck with pineapple were both quite tasteless and very basic, no rich tasty sauce! So sad that this has gone downhill

It has been many years since I last ordered take away food for delivery.I decided to try Just Eat for the first time ever and I have always been a fan of Chinese food.I chose Wans, as they are local and appealed to me. I am very pleased to have chosen them.Wide range of choices on menu, easy to read and understand. Easy ordering.The food was delivered within the time by a polite and well mannered driver.The food was well packaged, hot and absolutely delicious and more than enough for 2 people for 2 days and more.Will certainly be ordering from Wans in the near future.Many thanks

The food was good but the rice wasn't delivered. That's a surefire way to significantly detract from the meal as a whole - nobody wants to wait for a missing item while the rest gets cold so now feeling ripped off. Checking the order before despatch is day one stuff guys.

I ordered my Chinese on a busy Saturday night as they stopped taking orders so I knew it was popular,I had real bad experiences with just eat lately...I would never order a Chinese from anywhere else. Absolutely bang on.was beautiful. Couldn’t fit in the pudding just yet but if it’s as good as the rest of the food you’ve got 11/10,Thankyou

ordered a take out for delivery and was given an hours delivery time. 2 phone calls later and 2 hours 15 mins and I still haven't had a delivery. All they tell me is they are very busy. This isn't my problem, if you can't meet the delivery time you gave and can't cope then maybe you should think about closing...

Good customer service. We collected. Sadly was a different price from the menu we found online. Free prawn crackers. Not greasy, exactly the food we ordered and we collected it within 30 mins.
