Burger King in Chesterfield

Has massively improved with new items on the menu, consistency with cooking and taste and rarely miss any items anymore for ordering or pickup

It was ok, being served pretty quickly. Unlike some places, waiting like forever, they just ignored you.

I'll be upfront, it was very busy. The staff were doing their best and we're friendly, but they needed more of them.Got takeaway and when we got it home the fries were pretty stale and soggy. Plus one of the burgers we'd ordered was missing.Prices for meals were expensive, not worth what we paid. Fair to say won't be rushing back.

Place definitely need to be cleaned up.Food allover the floor.Tables not cleaned empty drinks cups on the table.Toilet also needs cleaning.Burger is nothing like on the photo ( it is tiny)Nice fries but way to salty.Coffee..ok -ish.

Sweaty lass on counter with tattoos on her neck with dirty finger nails made me walk straight back out… Her face was very sour too.

Needs a bit of work to make it feel more welcoming but the food is great.

Plenty of parking, lots of space inside and touchscreen ordering points so the whole process was fast and efficient. Well cooked and tasty. The location is handy too just off the dual carriageway

There was a time I would always pick this brand of burger over the other market leading brand. My recent visit to the Chesterfield branch was very disapointing indeed. The branch seems to be more bothered about supplying delivery drivers than customers eating inside. Before its refurb, which was long overdue it was a little chef it was tired bit at least you could sit in relative comfort away from the kitchen,till etc. Now everyone is lumped in together. The staff cant be bothered to talk to you, explain deals etc. I asked for a portion of fries and was given 3 and charged for them. When the burger did arrive, it was slightly dry and cold and the sauce on it which was chilli was hot, i had asked before ordering if it was and was told no so went ahead. All in all a thoroughly disapointing experience. I wont be returning.

Had a really nice whopper meal here fries were excellent which I dipped into a honey mustard sauce and washed down with a fanta, the staff were really friendly and the service was excellent.

Great new renovation! Looks sooooo much better now. Still burger king so still expensive for fast food, but the food is worth it. However I am gutted they've stopped doing their pancakes with syrup! We often came just for them!
