Frankie & Benny's New York Italian Restaurant & Bar - Chesterfield in Chesterfield

Me and the family came for my oldest son's birthday. It was a bit busy but they were able to keep it together. The staff don't get enough praise for how hard they work. Always enjoy the drinks here too lol.

Great meal, staff were fast and efficient, food was perfect and credit to the waiter for remembering my list of additions and alterations from the top of their head!Otherwise perfect burger and drinks on point!

Even though there is a definite change in the menu and atmosphere I still had a great experience. They are definitely trying to accommodate for vegans and veggies which is great! The staff are really friendly and helpful and I will visit again. 😊

Frankie and Benny's is one of my all time favourite places to eat at! There's always plenty to choose from on the menu. We celebrated 2 birthdays this time around and the staff were more than accommodating. Lovely food, great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

Use to really enjoy coming here, but last couple of times been quite poor, one of the waitresses was constantly wiping her nose with hand never sanitised her hands, complained and they didn't care, felt very rushed when eating my meal, order eat your food and get out.

Excellent date night with the wife food was great. We spent more than expected but the staff were brilliant and we had a great time.

well earned 5 stars! we were served by Helen who was such a lovely member of the team. she was constantly taking care of us which was very kind. she made lovely conversation with us also. wish her the absolute best, such a lovely lady! the food was very nice and warm, we were given a takeaway box as i wanted to save some room for desert ahah! the desert was delicious, everything was perfect! we will be coming again, 100% recommend ☺️

Staff went above an beyond in their service, even brought out tablet which eliminated my allergies an showed what I could have from Menu. Staff were very good with 3yr old grandson, most polite an cheerful staff I've met anywhere in a long time, both my grandsons, his mums an my food was delicious. Thank you for a most enjoyable meal.

Second time I've ordered this vegan burger from "bird box" which is the same place as F&B! First time, it tasted nice but was very dry as it had been in the holding cabinet a long time due to us having problems locating the address as at that time "bird box" was new and the address hadn't been updated as F&B. Thought I'd give it another go as it actually tasted ok!! What a dreadful mistake. The cajun chips were nice but the burger is pretty horrendous. Looks Nothing like the picture and the vegan chicken burger had zero coating on it and looked more like a week old burger. Cheapest breadbun they could find and less than half a tiny tub of dip (which you have to pay extra for). Don't recommend and will NEVER be ordering one again. Worst £9 I think I've spent in a long time... Only giving 2 stars because the fries were OK. Added a picture of what's advertised and what you actually get!!

We visited here after we had tried to use a Groupon voucher at a Harvester on the same retail park. Unfortunately the Harvester has a gas leak so no Food.We had travelled a long way so luckily found another great value Groupon and went to this Frankie and Bennys.Staff were very polite right from the start and even opened the door for us on the way in.We were offered several table options and chose one in a light area away from the door.Staff didn’t have a problem with us having the voucher and we chose our options from the main A La Carte menu. Staff were again very polite and obliging.Food was freshly cooked and tasted good.The establishment was clean and had a good atmosphere with 60’s music playing lightly in the background.With the Groupon voucher (that was £19.99 for two people, two courses), we only had to pay £2.99 for a drink. Great Value and no limitations as such.Would definitely return.
