Golden Lee in Chesterfield

First time trying Golden Lee this weekend as we were in town and decided we fancied a Chinese for a change. Was so easy to view the menu online and order. Prawn crackers and a big bottle of Diet Coke thrown in. We opted for a starter selection for 2, 2 main dishes and a rice dish.At almost £30 it's not cheap, but this is pretty much the going rate to be fair, and it was a bank holiday weekend takeaway treat. The starter selection was OK, again typical for a Chinese, but fine, but the mains were great, plenty of meat and veg in the dishes, and very tasty.I would usually struggle to eat so much heavy food, but not this time! Would definitely use again.

Nice food, been paying for prawn crackers and then decided not to order and came free? It has become more expensive now so looking for new place unfortunately. No issues, they have been great!

The food is always top class here. The best chicken Satay Skewers I have ever tasted! Egg fried rice is delicious and you get plenty of it, food is lovely from here best bbq ribs out of most places and beef is so tender staff very friendly and always make you feel welcome. I always recommend it to my family and friends as it's the best place to get authentic Chinese takeaway.👍👍

I love the food from here, the noodles and rice are always dry not greasy. The food was excellent,very tasty,very fresh,the meat and chicken cooked to perfection. The staff are always friendly and the quality has always been good. One of the best takeaway meals I have had! Thank you.

We bought a meal tonight from here and to be honest we were very very happy, the staff were friendly and helpful, delivery was very good, driver was polite, the food was really tasty nicely cooked and awesome, I like this shop and would hesitate to order again, our experience overall was very good, everything I would expect from a local Chinese Takeaway Shop. We recommend to every Chinese food lover!!

Best Chinese food in Chesterfield! I've been buy food from here for the past year and Golden Lee never once disappointed. The delivery drivers are polite, professional and prompt.

The food and service here is top class!and we very impressed, the flavour of the food was incredible!! Have tried lots of different dishes and really loved it. Just great balance of flavours and lovely freshness. Absolutely our favourite Chinese takeaway now!

Amazing food, great flavours and very good quality, delicious food, hot and fresh. My family and I go here often. We fell in love with their Chicken curry and egg fried rice. There's something about the curry sauce that is like no other! It's VERY moreish and we keep coming back for more very consistent quality. The service is always charming and prompt. highly recommended😍
