I like the food here. Good choice. I especially enjoyed the steamed dumplings

Sadly one of the worst Chinese takeaways I've been too. The food was extremely salty and lacked any other flavour. I'd avoid this one if I were you

Ordered from here to try a different Chinese for a change and im going to stick with my usual one.I ordered the jades kitchen chow mein and crispy chicken with salt and pepper.the chow mein had little flavor and was very thick and somewhat hard to eat.the chicken however was tasty but wasn't a very large portion for the price. (large portion for less at my normal Chinese)delivery was £2.50 which is too expensive in my opinion as the food took an hour and a half to arrive.so over all i do not recommend jades kitchen based on delivery time and price and price to quality/portion sizes.

Order never arrived, called them and asked them to cancel the order , when I asked how long the refund would take the RUDE woman hung up on me!!Order somewhere else, not worth the hassle!

Ordered a range of vegetarian food for this evening, and the food was absolutely delicious. The vegetables were cooked very nicely. The tofu was cooked very nice too. There is lots of choice and different dishes to choose from all of which the vegetarian ones I chose were very nice. Food was nice and hot (I did pre order and collect) The food here is not greasy, and is cooked very well. I have been coming here a long time now and I’ve never been disappointed. Thank you 🙏🏼

so this is the first time that I've left a review and I have to say this time clearly warrants it. we ordered food 2 hours ago and yet it hadn't arrived. after calling the restaurant asking where it was, I was given a rubbish excuse as to why it was late! ultimately we are meant to expect a 2 hour wait, further more after questioning this the lady was extremely rude and put the phone down. disgusting behaviour! wont be ordering from here again!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. 2 and a half hour wait for delivery through bigfoodie. No response from restaurant. Having to drive down to cancel the order in persons they're not answering the phone. I understand busy but all they needed to do was pick up the phone.

Honestly don't go here. If you want Chinese go somewhere else. All the sauces were like jelly. Savoury dishes were sweet. Not like sweet and sour but others. I'm not sure the crispy beef had ever been crispy. Everywhere else I've had delivered the beef is crispy. It was slippery and chewy.Then the awful customer service began. We rang to talk about it as the meal was in the bin and my daughter had gone to the fish and chip shop. The manager wasn't available so said they would ring back. The same staff member rang back and said the manager wasn't available. But if I wanted to go out in the pouring rain and take the food back to them then I could have a refund. I had already thrown the food away which they wouldn't appreciate. Unfortunately I am unable to drive at the moment as I am recovering from a serious illness and am not fully mobile and my daughter was out buying replacement food. Overall just an extremely disappointing service.

Placed an order on Saturday night told itd be 45 minutes. Ordered CRISPY shredded beef, chicken balls, tub of bbq sauce etc. Our order arrived 20 minutes earlier than told (only reason I can think is because they had other orders around our area that needed to go out at their convenience unfortunately we suffered! Crispy shredded beef was very very soggy which I questioned was not good through. Chicken balls was barely cooked leaving the batter soggy. Prawn crackers were clearly Friday night left overs, bbq sauce had a perfume smell and very fatty (separating lays)! Due to £20 order been a total waste of money I called to Express my complaint in which I was told my beef was soggy because I ordered with no veg!!!!!!! Chicken balls and prawn crackers just got....I don't understand!!! No apologies no offer of redeliver and return of original to inspect. Would bother taking the risk!!
