Kfc in Chesterfield

Appalling KFC I have tried to visit this kfc on a Friday night straight from football training, the rude reply which happens every Friday night was - no chicken! 25 /35 min wait at least. Take it or leave it attitude!! If you know your going to be busy why not have a steady flow of food being cooked?Appalling! I am absolutely disgusted. I won’t going back.

Service here is always very slow regardless of how busy they are. Probably the slowest kfc I have ever been to and I’m 90% sure they gave me food poisoning which is never great. Honestly will never return to this place and would recommend it only to people I hate and want to have a bad time.

I always enjoy a nice KFC Chicken 🍗 Am not having Pineapple Stick! The staff served me straight from fridge! It was too cold I had problems with tooth aching few days…

Would be nice if you actually paid attention and deliver the right order. And if you can't fulfil the order, atleast use the contact number you REQUIRE on an order and ask us if we want a second portion of chips instead of SOUTHERN RICE rather than just going "meh that'll do".

Not great.Fried chicken should be excellent, but my last four experiences of various KFC (Mansfield, Markham vale X2 and this Chesterfield shop) have all been so dire: I'm done with them.I've even written to their head office on email, and was just fobbed off.It was my favourite fast food and I wanted it to be better. Am not going back.Can't even get a bloody coffee in there!It's just poor.

First and no doubt last experience of this KFC.Ate in....tables, floor throughout restaurant filthy I wiped our before we ate!Bins overflowingSome horrendously loud music on the systemStaff with poor attitude and dancing behind the counter when it became quieter.How about having some pride and standards!I will be informing KFC head office too.

There were 2 young ladies who were being interviewed/lectured by, who I assume, was the Manageress of the diner. She was fairly loud with what she was saying, but the most annoying part of her lecture and it's something that has crept into the English language over the past couple of years was the word ... "LIKE" as in such chat as... "well, it was LIKE something, LIKE, you know what I mean, yet another phrase that is used after every few words. ... "you know what I mean" it's LIKE, well, I, LIKE, know that you want to, LIKE, get this sort of thing, LIKE, it's just the right thing, LIKE, I just have to let you know.To be honest, I was wondering if the Manageress was LIKE, someone who isn't native to England, with a limited English vocabulary, except she had a Derbyshire/South Yorkshire accent.I was thinking of spending some time in the diner and do a bit of Internet surfing while I was having my food, but I couldn't wait to get out of the premises, because it was LIKE, being subjected to "Japanese Water Torture".Regarding the food itself, I had the Boneless Box Meal and a side order of MiniBites with BBQ sauce. Reasonable tastewise although not as warm as what it should have been. If I had had it as a takeaway instead, it would have been cold before I had got to the traffic lights at the KFC/TESCO roundabout. All in all, disappointing. It was my 2nd visit to that particular diner, I think it will be a while before I visit again, especially as I have a good KFC diner at Crystal Peaks/Drakehouse that's only 3 miles from my home.

I went Saturday for a kfc , the machine did not issue a receipt. The person serving was very rude and told us we need a receipt to pick up the food . Last time I go to kfc I paid with card so I had proof of payment.

They was so slow in needed a shave before I could eat. I only got to eat half of my order, because they was more interested in talking and playing about, than making sure my order was correct. N.A.S.A managed to send a monkey into space, but yet the staff in K.F.C can't do a simple task of being polite, working fast and organising a order. I think I will have cheese on toast next time I need a quick bite.

Got served straightaway it was fairly quiet just a few dining in the staff were courteous and efficient. The food was hot and tasty. KFC never dissapoints
