King Kebab And Pizza House in Chesterfield

there was some sort of black plastic in my cheesy chips,, the cheese was mouldy and my chocolate fudge cake was dry and stale,, the drive was also really rude

1 hour into the order I rang (stated 45 mins delivery). Was told another 45 mins delivery. I started to try and explain I had a 5 year old and it was getting late- he put the phone down. I rangback again and asked if he would cancel the the order- he put the phone phone. What a circus act! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE!

Food arrived over an hour and a half after ordering. It was cold. Rang up and found them rude. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Hung up 3 times because l tried to explain that the special offer online wasn't letting us select the final tick box for a drink. The person on the phone was so rude he needs to know how to speak to people. If it was face to face he would have to answer to my face direct. This man is vile.

Ordered thru uber eats del early pizza and kebabs were spot on can't fault it. Got an awkward dad that doesn't like cheese meat feast was xtra meaty and cheese less I know freak, Highly recommend thank you will order again.

I have been to every pizza place in Chesterfield and this is absolutely the best one. Every single time without fail they bring hot, beautiful food and it tastes amazing. The last few times I've ordered they have showed up within 20 minutes, the delivery drivers are respectful and polite and the staff at the shop have brilliant customer service skills. Would absolute recommend

This place is disgusting, it has stolen money from me. I ordered £27 worth of food, and we have been waiting for hours. Then I ring them up to see where it is and they say they don’t deliver to my house. And instead of cancelling the order. They mark it as delivered so I can’t get my money back. Then they ignore my calls

5 star food easy , rang me order through read my order back that shows me that they know what there doing. I've ordered from here twice now and the food is different class to other pizza and kebabs everything prepared and presented to a very high standard. Food piping hot all staff friendly even the delivery driver greeted me with a smile from all the takeaways I've ordered from this is the one that I'll definitely be ordering again from and I'll mention to friends THANK YOU KING KEBAB AND PIZZA GORGEOUS FOOD . NO. 13 K,S,S CHESTERFIELD

Ordered food after a night out and my friend was charged £99. Luckily she noticed and pointed it out several times and was told it said 99p (when our meal was £9.99). After showing both the receipt and phone alert several times he finally agreed it said £99 and said he didn't know how to give a refund. My friend showed him on the card machine and asked him to put in the supervisor code which apparently no one had and after lots of arguing he agreed to give us £90 in cash and then proceeded to be extremely rude. If it was an accident and a refund was given immediately fair enough but no doubt thought he could overcharge 2 drunk girls on a night out in town and we wouldn't notice, avoid going here as staff are atrocious.

ordered a pizza from here and found bones inside my pizza, they tried saying there shouldnt be bones in but there obviously was, always ordered from here and now my custom is going elsewhere
