McDonald's in Chesterfield

I actually now like McDonalds, since they started serving a plant based burger. Generic restaurant, although it has had a face lift since I was last there. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Always an easy option for a quick bite. Drive through too. Quick service. Helpful staff. Lots on the menu. Not really a dining experience in my opinion just a 'pit stop' place for a quick bite.

Grandchildren love coming here. Super food selection clean restaurant and friendly Staff to assist you. Children love the iPad's available to play on. Definitely a big attraction.

We used the drive through for a McDonalds breakfast.Getting to it was a bit of a maze and couldn't go into the car park for McDonalds without driving all around the estate again, so I parked on the other car park instead to eat it.The food wasn't greasy like other McDonalds breakfasts that we have had elsewhere!The hashbrowns were deliciously crispy and not soggy, again like the ones that we have elsewhere.Very impressed with the taste and quality.Staff were friendly too.

I have noticed that every time you order something that has chicken in the order you will have to wait in a bag for it. Although it means that it’s cooked fresher

Burnt beans!!! The coffee was not good today. Tasted burnt and like paper. Who knows maybe the machine was faulty. Anyway fast food craply made, maybe a little more care when prepping ther burgers may go along way.

Very clean inside, staff actively cleaning non stop.Called in for a breakfast whilst car was in for a service across the road. Food was ok, coffee was nice.Only negative is that I've previously used the drive through which is a right faff as you have to drive right round the back of adjacent units to get in and once in it's VERY tight.

Was so overwhelmed by drive thru, table service, delivery drivers....the poor customers who decided to queue at the counter were left to feel second or third class. They tried to convince me that the black coffee they issued me wrongly was in fact white. Fed up after waiting around 15 minutes for a simple coffee and cheeseburger, l could not take more and left. McDonalds used to be a pleasant place.

Not happy with the service, I ordered two chicken sandwiches and one portion six-piece chicken nuggets. I was number four, and there were a lot of people coming in, and a few unruly customers kept asking for their order. I was not angry they keep making orders for them, I understand why they put us aside. What made me angry was that they all left, they kept doing some one else order left me behind, I have been waiting for more than half an hour and my number plate was still gray, so I ran to ask had you forgotten my order and by that time they brought out number 18’s meal and I said twice that my kids were waiting for me in the car. They said they would do it right away. I waited for another 15 minutes and the No.23’s was taken away. I asked again how long I would have to wait for my meal, but the answer was 30 seconds. We came home and there was no lettuce. The service attitude and the quality of the food was so bad, it's a waste of my time on that.

Used the self service screens as always, i prefer the self service approach most times, a very welcome edition over the last few years. The meal was good, but the Big Mac was not hot enough, only warm. As a McDonalds best seller i was surprised. Maybe the old Big Mac is losing its popularity and waiting out in the cold. The Fries were perfectly hot and salted, the highlight of the meal.
