Mcdonald's Restaurant in Chesterfield

Good, better than I expected. They asked if we needed help (bearing in mind we have a lot of dietary requirements). Then got a balloon for my daughter, which she loved, a colouring pack for her too and the food came really quick. I’m not even a fan of McDonalds but the staff in this one were fantastic. The food was average but it’s fast food and the main thing for me is my daughter loved it

Very hot food fast service. One of the best Mac Donald’s. Since Uber eats etc some McDonald’s restaurants have suffered but this one hasn’t. Great management

Decent experience with the family just not too keen on the touchscreen service didn't get the sauce we ordered with meal and no staff to ask when we sat down to eat upstairs ...kids loved it tho .

Very nice and neat place. I did drive through and customer service was also good. I'M LOVING IT

Fancy interior and is a friendly atmosphere. Quite a bit of parking and also easy access to electric charging too. Fast service and provides multiple ways to order

Never any milkshakes from when it first opened. We’ve also gone a couple of times in the drive threw where we’ve paid and then got to the next window with a gentleman who has twice now gone “Can I help?” Our response was “yeh we’ve just paid so waiting for our food??” His response “oh right okay?!” Like we’ve not just driven round randomly? Very odd!Rest of the staff are lovely but guessing these are niggles for only being open for a few months. Will he going to Alma Leisure for now.

Love this new macdonalds well.set out and a treat to eat in toilets lovely and clean but no loo roll on the one I went in staff very pleasant

thought wed try this one on our way home last night.ordered a big mac meal .couldnt have a milkshake they hadnt got any .cleaning the machines out.fair enough.the meal was discusting.just thrown together way too much lettuce.and the big mac was over loaded with salt.it was horrible.so safeto say wont be going back

The worst McDonald's ever! Cannot get any orders right! On 3 occasions my burger has been missing. I have just got the bun and lettuce! If I could give 0 stars I would!!

if you want a more family and clean environment and i can say even more comfortable, simply the best in the region.
