Pig & Pump in Chesterfield

It was nice to see a very tidy pub with new upholstery seats. Even though didn't eat there as s restaurant elsewhere had already been booked, the menu looked very nice and reasonably priced. The food that was brought out looked very nice. So definitely going to go and try it. Bonus it's dog friendly too so I can bring my pooch.

Great pub. With Thornbridge ales. What's not to love.Although I do have an issue with groups of folk who once drinks have been bought, still take up room at the bar. Get out of the way so I can see all the beers on offer. 👍

More choice than you can get through in a week! Beers, lagers, wines and spirits. The food selection is varied and very tasty, recommended the burgers and check their website for offers 💸💸💸

Went too chesterfield for the weekend and am so glad we went into the pig and pump. Fantastic pub great food and drinks. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Tom and Katie have done a fantastic job and would like to say thanks for making us so welcome. Will be returning soon. 👍

Not much to add that hasn't been said, friendly staff and atmosphere.

First time visiting today. I didn't know this place existed until yesterday. Very nice inside lovely stained glass windows, very clean. Food was lovely and staff were friendly. Nice a warm as today was cold outside just what I needed.

Spent a wonderful Sunday afternoon/evening in here. Ate from the tapas selection off the menu which was first class, the cask ale selection was both wide and well kept and my wife was very impressed by the variety of gin available. Also must mention how helpful and friendly the staff were. I really couldn't fault The Pig & Pump in the slightest and we will definitely return.

Very good pub in Chesterfield, next to The Crooked Spire Church. Fairly modern décor, reasonable selection of cask ales and a generally good atmosphere characterize this venue. It's also pretty big. There's a small area for outside seating and smoking on the side of the building. Nice place, friendly staff.
