Usually quite good (I order for delivery) but past two times they've forgotten my drink and this time my wrap was stale and part of it were so hard I couldn't even attempt to it aswell as everything else we ordered being on the cold side, just find this confusing as my order actually came early so it shouldn't of had chance to go this bad.

The cafe just gets better and better. Great value choice and brilliant helpful and friendly staff

We ordered 2 jacket potatoes that when we got only one arrived, they didn’t know that we order a second one, 20 minutes later the food finally arrived cold and raw with a small pinch of cheese on each. This cost me ten pound for it and two cups of tea. Overall pathetic defiantly won’t come again and definitely wouldn’t recommend

4 stars this time. Typical Tesco cafe so not too bad overall. We were served by a girl who was having her 1st shift that day but she managed to be courteous and apologetic in the same time. You have to love people up north for their openness as well as (just)outgoing attitude.

very much improved. New manager has really taken steps to improve visit. Food is now put on a plate not just thrown on as before. Breakfast has been great last few times we visited and coffees are really good. Very good young lad working there. However could do with bit of low level music, swap the drinks signs at front for more food menu signs, sort out top of stairs. Looks terrible as you walk up. fill fridges as you walk in. after breakfast have a light on above food hot plate as looks like no hot food is being served. Just a tray of jacket pots would look good under the light. anyway much better thanks

We were in the Cafe when the fire alarm went off so we left every thing and went with the two lads that work in the cafe dont know their names they couldn't have been more helpful hubby and I both walk with sticks so we started down the stairs and we told them to go on,but did you know they wouldn't leave us they are a credit to Tescos sorry for the long text.Marion and John xx

Nice enough for a supermarket cafe. A little understaffed for peaks times I'd say, but the staff are very friendly and the coffee is pretty good :)

Food freezing cold, absolutely disgusting. You could tell the staff were embarrassed to work there. No cutlery out either but the food... Had a breakfast, cold over cooked tomatoes, a fried egg that looked like it had been cooked days before, stone cold Rock hard sausages. The only hot item on the plate was the bacon as they had freshly cooked it.No wonder there's always tables available at this cafe and queues downstairs at greggs and subway.Absolutely awful. Please don't ever attempt to eat there!
