Great place for a drink and meal, been going every now and again since childhood. Unusually quiet, but quirky at the moment with heated outdoor geodesic domes.

Real let down,We attended the so called Christmas market last night and when we arrived there wasn't even one stall, it wasn't a Christmas market just cheap knocked up igloos that was extremely damp inside. We also ordered food which was very disappointing, The hotdog was a cheap tinned hotdog which come with cold wedges. And last off the beer was extremely overpriced for the quality.

What a let down. Brampton Manor standards have really dropped. We had pre booked an igloo, but when staff showed us to it, it was completely unprepared, it was in darkness and the heating wouldnt work or in the next one and had to seat us in yet another one. After a few minutes, approximately 5.40pm, another staff arrived and said if we wanted food, the menu was inside, but they stopped serving at 6. When inside, staff said there wasn’t a menu, there were only 2 sandwiches and chips available but no childrens menu. Staff said a reduced menu was due to igloos not being suitable for meals, however, this was not explained when we specifically requested a larger igloo for a family meal!!After much discussion about lack of communication of the limited options, food only being served in polystyrene boxes and queries from staff around proof of deposits paid, a refund was eventually received. What we thought was to be an exciting early evening out with the family turned into an extremely disappointing evening and I would not recommend a visit here.

Awful, the food if you can call it that ( pork cob) had been wrapped in foil for that long the cob or roll had turned into mush.It said that the event was aimed at families, yet there was hardly anything for kids to do and the display didn't start until 9pm.

It's OK here, staff are polite and friendly and they all love dogs. DJ and sax and other events are worth a look, but it does seem to get busy. Loads of outdoor seating. Down side for me is most of the music is aimed at party crowds and the pub looks very rough and uncared for from the outside.

This place has really gone down hill. Went for an igloo experience which I'd booked. When we arrived they didn't seem to be expecting us. We had to ask for a heater and the menu was disappointing to say the least. On the plus side our waitress was really friendly and helpful. Won't be back though.

Love this place. Nice vibe. Good staff. Reasonable prices. Love the various themes on different nights.

Turned up to an igloo we booked for Sunday afternoon, when we went to order we were told you can have the sharing board but there is no cheese or humous! As someone forgot to order the product in, then you could have fish and chips but the fryer was broken so fish wouldn’t be battered and there were no chips other than oven chips! The cutlery was dirty and the service for drinks was very slow. Our server was also bringing food to the table wearing a jumper that was caked in food and clearly very dirty, is there no standards? After paying £20 for an igloo I was very disappointed, won’t be visiting again
