Fantastic pizzas - their doner meat garlic pizza is incred🙌👌 always been quick and easy ordering thru just eat. Fully recommend....much easier to collect btw.

3 Times we have ordered from here and its got worse and worse, today is the last order.We ordered at 5.40pm being told it would be 30/45mins. we called 3 Times after the 45 mins time to be to each time "10 mins he is leaving now)I called again at 7pm to be told he is to busy to take my complaint and talk to me!!!7.20pm it turns up 1hr 40mins later!!!!!I refused the food and told the driver why.Discusting service, attitude for staff terrible. Will find a friendly,honnest alternative.

Service is really bad. I ordered a pizza at 5:00pm for delivery for 6:30pm. They lied to me saying that it was on way at 6:30pm and 40 minutes later still no pizza. I called them and questioned this and they said i don't want your money and then put the phone down. I used to go there a lot but now never again.

Torino pizza is a fantastic local takeaway and in house food establishment however they do have one or two problems....Let's start with the great thingsTheir food is reasonably priced and of good quality or moreThe staff are friendly and speak English to youThey communicate if they have problems with delivery and don't just deliver two hours later which is great because some companies just don't bother or communicate badlyDelivery in under 30 minutes with hot food within 2 miles. Less than stated 45 minutes.What menu they do have they do well, having looked at previous reviews and tasted their burgers and Fries.------Now the developmental feedback or things they are sh## at...First thing is first I received the order from a friendly driver and paid £10 I asked for a burger, Fries (if they are not already included) with the burger and a dessert with onion rings as a side. What did I get?The food I asked for and more and less to - extra fries which I paid for which I did not want and a desert which although the chocolate fudge cake looks tasty the portion size is less than Slimming World or any strict diet that would be out there.£2 the most expensive food cake I bought based upon size and quality.Listen when told something over the phone don't just assume that the person wants extra fries.Overall - a fantastic local independent takeaway and collection food service. If they deliver what you order then they are not far from being perfect. From the food I've eaten which is burger fries and soon-to-be fudge cake they taste good or better and reasonably priced

Ordered food. Said be 45 minutes. After an hour we rung to check and a very rude man shouted at my wife saying "it's only been half hour u want to cancel or what", I got on the phone and he was shouting saying you come and collect or cancel what a rude individual. Feel like driving down and see if they want to be as aggressive to my face. Avoid

Spent £2 on some cake which turned out to be the smallest thing I can imagine,could have brought 2 from the spa next door! Also spent over £15 and didnt get garlic bread!

I'm not sure why some of the most recent reviews are so bad. There pizza is always perfect. I've been going here for more than ten years.I can tell you they don't reheat the food. If you go to order instead of getting a delivery, you can literally watch staff cooking right in front of your eyes.Staff are always friendly.There is a new member of staff working there but if there is a noticeable drop in the quality of food then I'll be sure to notice and add an edit to my review of my local pizza shop.

Terrible service, terrible food, terrible delivery service!!!!! Waited an hour and a half for a pizza that should of came with a caution sign, it was clearly reheated more than once, it was rock hard, very dry with no tomato sauce and they may as well have not put cheese on it, absolutely Sh**! Not to mention the garlic bread which was dripping with grease!!!! Oh and the delivery driver that didn't have change so had to bring it us later! Ordered a few weeks ago and was waiting over 2 hours for our food! We will not be ordering again and if I was you I wouldn't either!!! Yuk
