Totally the best pizzas by far and delivery was spot on, the food arrived hot and fresh, the only disappointment was the delivery driver! So miserable, didn’t speak at all. A simple “enjoy your food” would have been nice.

Chicken kebab and chips with bbq sauce. Spot on, already reordered from 1st time last week. Big pieces of chicken, better than average chips. Quick delivery, nice find!

Wrong thing charged me for what I ordered n sent cheaper meal asked for combo chicken and Donner meat kabab only got chicken rang up was not helpful first and last time I order from there also took an hour to arrive

Ordered few week ago, got free garlic, ordered again tonight, almost £25 no free garlic bread.Order came late and was cold.When phoned customer services skill were shocking.. think the past reviews speak for themselves. Will not be ordering again!

Was thin crust, ordered deep pan. Supposed to have spicy beef, wasn't spicy at all, worse pizza ordered ever, ingredients chopped so fine and used sparingly, not sure what pizza I was eating actually. Much prefer the 79p one from Aldi to be honest.

Over priced really it was £17 for a 12 inch pizza and cheesy chips, pizza was greasy and bland. We ordered food for a certain time as we have a small baby to get bathed and changed but it came 30 mins early! Which was not good as it ended up being cold because we wasn't ready. If you want a proper pizza go to pizza hut or domino's, won't be re visiting this rip off.

This place will charge you for delivery even though the menu says free delivery when you spend a specific amount. The delivery driver can be very rude. There are plenty of better takeaways in Chesterfield, use them instead of UK Pizza

After using YOUR website, we were offered a free cheesy garlic bread with our order, which I thought was perfect, as we were going to order one anyway. Well when the food arrived, no bread. One call later, we have been told you have decided not to honour the offer, after telling us it was your fault, and should not have happened. The best you could do was ask us to BUY one, wait 45 mins for delivery again, and presumably pay the delivery charge, as it would not meet the minimum requirement. Of course, this was all spouted in the least polite way, meaning that our favourite takeaway, is now our least favourite. I will be putting this review on social media, and telling everyone I can to avoid you. After all, if you cant be bothered to be polite, or reasonable with loyal customers, why would we?Oh, and if you aren't going to honour offers, don't advertise them. I recommend you update your site, and change your staff ASAP if you want to retain any of your customers, as I know we wont be the only ones to be stung with this.

This place used to be excellent, but they have lost it.The time before last I used it, the salad in my kebab was going off. I let it go as a one-off.The last time I used it, we ordered through a well-known takeaway website. The meal never arrived at all. I called twice, and on the second occasion the owner denied all knowledge of the order. When I told him not to bother delivering it, he hung up on me.I won't be ordering again.
