Watson and Brown in Chesterfield

I'm really sorry to have to write the review because I've been a customer of Watson and brown for years and will always recommend them to people but this morning my husband called in at 10am for 3 breakfast cobs, there wasn't any bacon fair enough so he just order 3 large sausage cobs when he got them home we realised the sausages were badly burnt on one side the person making the sandwiches had hidden the burnt side on the bottom it wasn't until you turned them over you noticed it they where inedible so he had to bring them back for a refund

First time pork sarnie, really nice and someone said they put some crackling in the container and they did after that I've 3 since "with everything on it" no crackling at all and only just found a little piece of apple. Bit disappointed. But nice sandwiches all the same.

Best place to go in Chesterfield for your morning breakfast cobs, and of course they have the famous tomato 🍅 sausage!

Busy this morning,but got my lovely pork pies,baps and vanilla slices.

Now listen people... This butchers rocks if you like a sausage sandwich, the sausages are in plain or tomato and are from the butchers so the taste is sublime. What people don't realise is the takeaway sandwich is not just about the sausage inside its about the cobs they use.. These cobs with these sausages make this place The best shop in my opinion for a sausage cob in my beloved town of Chesterfield.. I do wish other takeaways would use great sausages instead of the warmed up cardboard that they think are fine and call sausages.. Great takeaway taste

First time I had bought a pork pie from there . Beautiful homemade . Staff very polite & helpful . Very clean will definitely return . 😃😃

Good quality sandwiches with tasty meats and bread. The 1 star is for the service. Called in my 2 sandwich order this morning, got there a bit late but the sandwiches were not ready, the lady confirmed the fillings with me. Got home and sausages were missing on both sandwiches and were full of not ordered tomato. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with wrong orders.
