Costa Coffee in Corby

Although the coffee shop was nice,it was a sunny day so wanted to sit outside but the front door is right round the other side and 1 other thing,there should be a rubbish bin on the front with the tables so we could clear our mess up when we were finished but others like me had to leave our cups and plates on the table,it would have been great if Costa had a door that opened out on to the patio,shame.

You can never go wrong in Costa good coffee with syrups of surprise!Really lovely polite and friendly staff that go the extra mile with smiles and happiness.If all shops had staff like this Costa staff the world would be a better place!

Im ordered salted caramel frappe. They didn't have clear plastic cups for it and frappe haven't had caramel in it at all

OMG the worst experience in COSTA I've ever had, the order was completed incorrectly, didn't even receive my cakes on the tray had to ask the barista for them, and then a kid (not ours) no older than 3yrs old got stuck in the toilet and we got a lecture from staff whilst he's actual mum was stood talking to another colleague felt very targeted when we was only trying to help the little boy as he was crying in the toilet received no apology from staff

Today not enough staff to keep up with online orders plus counter service plus table cleaning. We must have hit a busy spot.Coffee usual great quality.

My son really likes Costa, the last couple of times he's wanted to treat me 😂, unfortunately those last 2 times, the drinks were wrong. Chai Latte extra hot with cinnamon, not hot, no cinnamon. His drink, salted caramel frostino, no cream. Came with no caramel in it and cream on top.... took his back and the guy still said it was the right drink?? I insisted it wasn't! Reminded him it had no caramel and did have cream which we said no to. Costa charge for extras yet when you don't have all in your drink you still pay the same price!? I don't like our town Costa, it needs a refurbishment now, its needing a good scrub, nothing worse than seeing drip marks and coffee dribbles down chair and table legs! Maybe I'm a bit fussy 🤔, but I look at everything when I eat or drink anywhere. Nothing worse than seeing dirty tables, stained wood and drip marks down furniture. Cleaning rota needs reviewed.

First time in my long experience with Costa ( my favourite coffee ever) I was extremely disappointed about customer service.... I ordered Coconut latte with extra shot.... I received Coconut decaffeinated coffee..... I was too tired and was a long queue so I decided to leave my coffee and go to other coffee shop..... Make sure you check your order before you will experience the big disappointment.

Slow dead pan service. The cups & tea pots are dirty and when the Staff was told it seemed normal that that would be normal. The loo needs cleaning as the rest of the place. The lad who was wiping down the fridge doors then took the same cloth and used it for cleaning the tables. The trays are dirty. Would never go back.
