KFC in Corby

- always no lipton drink (they didn't check if there is coming out only water without concetrate)- KFC Kiosk require to take table number which doesn't make any sense when you need to come to deck and of course always no receipt.- Tables and floor always sticky like nobody clean them enoughBut still food the same good like in others kfc

I got 2 kids popcorn chicken meals at a cost of £7.98, I box had 8 pieces of chicken and about 10 chips and the other had 13 pieces of chicken and 15 chips, there was no sides which there was supposed to be. It’s an absolute joke so what was supposed to be a nice treat for the kids has turned into 2 upset kids and a mum that has to cook them some more dinner!! Not happy at all and will not be going there again 🤬😡

Ordered a party bucket should have had 14 pieces of chicken among other things, only got 12. They hadn't let the chicken stand so the bucket literally fell apart with the grease soaking through! Chips cold and they had run out of beans, not the best KFC I've ever had.

Sadly this restaurant has got worse and worse over the years. We avoid it for months and then hope for the best that there's new management and are always disappointed. Last week I ordered a normal meal for a family of 4, waited over 35minutes and the member of staff just laughed at me when I asked if there was a rough time the food would be ready. We had somewhere to be and didn't expect to still be in there eating an hour after arriving.Food came cold and the chicken burger .. well I wouldn't serve it in a prison, if was hard, stail like the roll and hardly any sauce.Sadly I'm hearing this alot and haven't heard a good word about the restaurant since pre covid at least.

I don't usually write negative reviews and looking at the past reviews management do not reply or take pride in the store. If I could rate as 0 stars I would. The most inefficient run KFC I've ever visited. They regularly prioritise online orders over customers who dine in or take away. Today I visited for the Tuesday deal which was advertised on the building and met with "we aren't doing that today". That was after waiting at the till to place an order for more than 5minutes at which point I gave up and tried the drive through.The other occasions I've visited they often "run out" of items, The worse run KFC ever owner and management need to take a look at what is going on. I might have to start going to the one in Kettering to avoid this abysmal excuse for a "fast food" restaurant

Ordered a 10 piece bucket and recieved 4 bits of chicken and some hot wings. Can’t get through to them. Previous order had items missing also

Last time I visited it was poor, we ordered a takeaway and we were given the drinks with NO lids?!?! Hello?? All the couriers taking orders to deliver had lids I assume, when we asked we were told there none left! We sat in the car park as we couldn't really drive with the lidless drinks. Eating away then a bloody rat runs across the car park! God, you couldn't write it! We didn't go back for a couple of months. Anyway, benefit of the doubt, possible change of staff (as per norm!) We thought we'd chance it last week. Big mistake. This place just gets worse. The fries were cold and dry and the gravy was runny, burger was just awful, thankfully the drinks were nice as I like a cherry coke, well Pepsi as they only do. This KFC ain't lick (pun intended) on others we have visited. Peterborough by far the best we've had. Everytime you go Corby there are different staff, you can't really sit in peace or privacy as the door is constantly opened and closed with hoofing great big deliveroo or just eat cool bags flying past your head with drivers constantly in and out quicker than an amazon courier! We will defo be sidestepping Corby KFC in future. Terrible food that honestly has just got worse.

Loud music, and very quiet staff. Both added together made me wonder if I was going to get what I asked for. My filling seened "well done" on one side made me wonder how long it had been sat under a heat lamp. Clean enough, I probably won't be bothering with it again.

Food was fine, but very slow service. Only 1 member of staff serving customers in store and was rushed off there feet. While 2 other staff members were standing about doing the odd Uber (or whatever it is) order.

Order touch screens hardly ever work and never print a receipt; cold drinks always taste watered-down, and when you table Order they never bring your order to you; they always call you over to the counter. The just eat delivery drivers in there are rude and just push past you.
