Thank you to all the staff, including the delivery driver, the food arrived on time, and was piping hot, and absolutely delicious. First time ordering from any Indian in the town, and won’t go anywhere else after tonight’s meal. Thanks once again.

Have been ordering here for years but think they may have changed hands. Ordered 3 starters, 3 mains, a rice and 2 naan breads and it came to £47. The South Indian Garlic King Prawn curry was £11.95 and only had 3 prawns in it - the rest of the dish was huge chunks of onion. A lot of the mains and starters were also padded out with onion in the same way. Not good value at all and will not be ordering again.

Ordered food as usual, They always offer 2 popadoms, sauces, and Bombay Aloo as part of the meal, I decided to order and paid for extra popadoms. They took this as an opportunity to not provide these 2 popadoms as part of the order as normal so I paid for more and only got what I ordered, not the extra ones. Also the Jalfrezi I ordered was not the same as it has been in the past. Less tasty, no fresh chillies, Maybe new chef, new owners. Enjoy the extra money I paid fro nothing and maybe chat to your chef about the quality of the food. I will look elsewhere in the future.

Food is always amazing from here however the procedure for following up complaints (discount not given when should of been) is shocking.Communication is much to be desired. In any industry communication is key and for a month to have almost went by isn't good enough. Fobbed off two weeks ago with 'must of over looked this email'.For this reason I won't be using the restaurant again. What of it was a more important complaint, how would that be dealt with? Get your act together!

Ordered at 3pm for a family dinner at 17:30. 30 mins before they cancelled the order without a reason. Left me with no food. I will never order from them again. Sad thing is we have always ordered here and have spend a lot of money with them. Go somewhere else for your food!

Reasonable service, the starter was very good but the main course was severely lacking in flavour.Very bland chicken tikka dhansak, almost tasteless.

First time ordering in over a year as the prices have crept up so much. Ordered on Just Eat, for 15 minutes later to receive a notification they had to manually call the restaurant to process my order as it wasn't being accepted (for the first time ever), then an hour later, still no updates - eventually I got an order delayed notice.I ring Just Eat and receive an automated message to use the website, I tell the website it didn't arrive and it automatically wants to process a refund. I call them again and finally get through after over 90 minutes, and get a very aggressive guy I can barely understand keep telling me "driver 1-2 minutes". After over 10 minutes on the phone, he starts having a go at me that Just Eat just told him he had to refund me, and that I had to "tell them to change it" - I kept repeating to the guy over and over I have no idea how to do that, and could he please advise me how to get in touch with them - and he just gets increasingly angrier, tells me "I tell driver not to give you food" and hangs up on me. I wasn't rude, impatient and was genuinely just trying to understand how to resolve this. It's been 2 hours now, I have no food at all - and I've just had a second call back for 20 minutes about the fact his driver can actually deliver, if I can pay a second time - having not received the first refund. I then get back 13.75 of 15.25 store credit on Just Eat as he accepts it, and he tells me to ring him back later if I get the full amount back, and he'll *then* deliver the food.Talk about a nightmare, avoid these guys - this was my one meal of the day I waited until evening to order, I'm out of pocket £1.50 for unknown reasons - and still have no food.

Stay away it's just lots of sauce with very little meat. Forgot items in my order which we paid for. When I contacted them, they weren't interested and hung up. Poor food and poor service

My family and I have used mazza for a few years and find they are very hit and miss. The food is ok.not great but ok.Be careful with pricing on delivery.i keep requesting an up to date price menu which has not materialised.we had one meal delivered twice as items were missingLatest event was ordering at 5.30 om being told that it would be 1 hour and twenty minutes which turned to two and a half hours which we refused to take the delivery. Having called more than once to chase delivery we were not once given an apology.Very upset and disappointed as what was a celebration. This has ruined what was was a special day.The rude behaviour of the driver to my wife was not acceptable.I will be popping in to speak to the owner!!!

Order from here if you like your order delivered incorrect or constantly over 2hrs for delivery sometimes 3hrs. Order from here if you want lies about having you next order free. Terrible attitude and awful or none existent service. They should not operate a take away service as they are appalling even hairs found in rice. You have been warned!!!!! This has happened many many times ordered at 19.00 food turns up at 22.30 restaurant does not answer phone they just tell pack of lies and always get order wrong will never use again!!!
