Mcdonald's Restaurants in Corby

I had egg shell in my sausage and egg mc muffin the hash browns where in pieces I had one sausage even though I ask for a double no straws no tissues we asked for just bacon role but they gave us egg and sausage they was barely any bacon most of it was fat don’t go to this mc Donald’s it was cold and very very very greasy

One of the worst service !!! Very very slowNot to mention there are ALL ladies in there and even when it's busy busy they start chatting and gossip talking about their private stuffs..... they really do need some man's presence there without thinking this is sexist or misogyn 🙄 get some male in charge

Just wanted to leave a review regarding my recent visit. I experienced excellent customer service from a staff member, who i believe was called Katie. Katie is a credit to this store and should recieve recognition for this. Katie made me a fresh batch of salty chips upon request and went out her way to fix the milkshake machine for me after being told it was broken by a young male worker, who looked about 12, i think his badge said 'Sean'.

The drive thru should be fast and convenient yet its a complete joke. You sit waiting to be asked what your order is then sit and wait for your food and when they do decide to do some work the food is warm at best. By the the time you get home it's a microwave job or cold food!

Worst McDonalds I've ever eaten, cold soggy half full fries, dryest chicken I've ever had the misfortune to put in my mouth and burgers look like they were built by a blind man. Thoroughly disappointed

Very good and friendly staff. Always get a good meal from this mcdonalds. However the drive in is ALWAYS busy so it makes the parking hard.

Appalling customer service, terrible attitude. This McDs used to be very good but over the last year or two standards have dropped massively, loads of mistakes made and too long in queues.

Absolutely shocking! Everytime and i do mean EVERYTIME we order for delivery it is always wrong! We then have to fork out again because they have messed up again!

Manger is rude and customer service level is not to be desired. Don’t bother making a complaint to her you need to go higher. When food is missing from your order she said I’m not insured to drive so I’m not bringing it and wouldn’t offer anything not even an apology.

Very slow at the drive thru! Today's wrap of the day was chicken and bacon for the usual bargain price of £1.99. Tasted okay, but presentation wasn't the best. On this visit, I didn't have the coffee.
