Food amazing but fed up with false information re delivery times.told would be 1.5 hours. Ordered food 2.5 hrs ago. Still not here. Rang again, still cooking it will be half hour. Rang again and out for delivery. Don't give a time if can't honour it. Won't be using thus place again. Discusting service and not even an apology.

ordered a much box looked okay but then had the chicken leg and was completely pink inside 100% raw

Chicken balls was still pink. Chips ok, beef cow mein was very greasy. Couldn't be bothered to complain

Ordered food over 3 hours ago now, has allegedly been out for delivery for 2 hours and has just 5 minutes ago been marked as delivered, despite not turning up. Had to phone 30 times to get an answer (not an exaggeration). Phoned up and was told it was on its way, 40 minutes later still waiting. It’s a 4 minute drive to my house from the restaurant. Reviews show that it’s not just a Christmas Eve thing but an all the time thing. Don’t accept orders if you can’t fulfill them.

Amazing food, loved the selection of foods. The texture and quality of the food was spectacular. Amazing Christmas decorations around the restaurant, really detailed.

*edit* - rang again at 1030 to be told it would be 10 minutes, we said okay but we will request a refund as we ordered 3.5 hours ago... Then it never showed up!!!Food is good, but whenever we order (through Uber eats) we usually order between 630/7pm and it has always taken between 2 and a half to 3 hours to be delivered. We ordered at 7pm tonight, it's now 10 past 10 and still no food. We called at 9 to be told it would be 20 minutes.Literally won't order from them again.

More like a 3 and a half. The restaurant is lovely! Staff really nice and accommodating restaurant is kept very nice and presentable. However the takeaways service needs to improve! I placed my order online at 19:25pm. Had to call at 8:15 to find out where my food was and didn't get said food by 9:00pm!I understand restaurants being busier now that restrictions have lifted but I should not have to wait an hour and a half for food. And I should not be getting my food just in time to go to bed. Will happily return to the restaurant but will not be ordering takeout from them again.

Had a meal here last week and we were pleasantly surprised. We cannot fault the place. Beautiful food, great service, good ambiance.
