Another great pizza order from here tonight quickly delivered and made to order cheers teamSo this is an update to my great review sadly I’ve just been scammed by a link to the online order system which offers you cash refunds on your order but does not tell you that you get charged £15 each monthI don’t know it Papa Johns are connected but the deal only happens once your order is paid for - I will be reluctant to use the online system againHopefully you will look into this there are a lot of people online who have been scammed by this company

The most horrible experience I ever had.All i wanted is to cancel my order , as waited for it 1h and 10 minutes. And All I’ve got is a rude staff member from Corby, who was making a decision on my behalf, putting phone down and advised me go to Dominos!!! I would highly recommend to everyone to avoid this company!Still waiting for my refund. Had no confirmation about cancellation at all.

First time having a Papa John's and was not disappointed. I placed online and when I arrived the shop was busy but staff was so polite and kept me updated. I really enjoyed my pizza and garlic bread with cheese :)! Will deffo to be going back. Thank you x

Second time that we have ordered now and second time it has been very nice.I accidently selected collect instead of delivery and didn't realise untill after purchase.So we turned up to collect 10 mins early and the pizzas were basically ready.Friendly staff and very tasty pizzas.used to use Domino's but Papa John's is much better and cheaper too.Also like the dips better they are very tasty.Top marks to the staff at the Corby branch

Disapointing. Ordered at 17:03 , called back at 17:30 to change the order from collection to delivery, they said its done and changed it. At 18:21 had to go to the store and collect the order by myself. After 12 hour shift at work, I have to go and collect an order of 31 pounds by myself while assured that it will be delivered. Never again Papa John's , and I though Domino's is bad....

Probably i had better pizza frozen from asda then Papa John's it was very low taste quality compare to price, nearly £20 for a pizza!!!Thanks fot replying, positive thing to think that yours pizzas best in town, but with my first experience you just cut me off for to trying me next time, there is no good or bad days, just when you hungry you put big hopes to fill up your stomach with tasty pizza, unfortunately...

Annoying constant changes to the menu, added lots of new fake meat options to save on expenses, called them "classic sides" and now try to charge extra for real chicken - these are ultra processed grains/oils that are absolutely full of carbs/fat, not protein, and ironically far more unhealthy.Boycotting due to dishonest practices above.

The manager is very rude and arrogant. We got no chicken on pizza "chicken club".Instead of taking the present and bring the right pizzas in accordance with the order, the manager started shouting at us and told us that we were blind.I do not recommend this place.
