Excellent fish and chips, a few lovely pints of Potbelly beer and very good company. Highly recommended.

Very friendly atmosphere. There is a rather good local selection of beers and the food is good. I was only in the country for three days and found this gem.

Absolutely fantastic service. There was nothing on the menu for me (vegetarian that doesn't eat eggs), but they checked what I liked and made me something. Everyone's food was exceptional, the chicken coupons were homemade and the chips hand cut. It really is a hidden gem where nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely be back.

Friendly, family oriented local village pub with own Camra award-winning micro-brewery beer. Allows well behaved dogs. Good food at very reasonable prices. Thai chef this weekend, so we enjoyed excellent authentic Thai cuisine. Worth a visit.

Very Quiet when we went, but a lovely welcome from the landlord. Food was good, homemade chips were excellent, and a good selection of beers.

This is such a friendly pub. The staff were so kind to our children when we dropped in for Sunday lunch. The roast tasted good and was really good value for money. The beer, which the landlord brews in his own brewery, is delicious too. We were very impressed.

Must say the Mixed Grill, Steaks and Sunday Dinners here are fantastic and great value for money. The landlord and landlady are lovely and to top it all, and I must admit some bias here as a beer lover, the beer which is brewed by their own brewery is outstanding.
