Coffee#1 in Daventry

Friendly staff, shop was busy but there were a few tables available,coffee was nice, we had a piece of cake each neither tasted very fresh and although I asked for carrot & walnut for my wife we were given coffee & walnut my wife took a couple of bites and then clicked it wasn't what she had asked for but rather than make a fuss she just ate it.

After doing my shopping i popped into have a coffee to support the non chain outlets, lovely staff and great coffee, however i had left the shop without one of my shopping bags and by the time i had backtracked where i could have left it a whole day had passed but i tgought i would call just on tge off chance, low and behold they had my shopping and had kept it safe for me, i was really impressed with this as we know shopping isnt cheap rspecially being toiletries, needless to say i will be returning here in future to support them, thankyou very much for your honesty guys and see you soon 💝

I absolutely love this coffee shop. It's the only one I use in Daventry (and there's quite a few) .. Lucy, Sidney, Tom and Mark will go above and beyond to make everyone's experience here second to none. The place itself is lovely and really relaxing All in all, and with help from the fantastic staff Coffee#1 in Daventry is somewhere you are reluctant to leave from.(I'd just like to add they have been really short staffed here recently but the team have ensured the standards do not slip at all. They are working long hours and days on end. Sometimes I think they must have a bed upstairs!! This team definately deserve a pat on the back for the efforts they put in ... Along with a payrise!!)

Best of all the Coffee Ones I visit. Slickest service and always have good stock of eats.

Very friendly staff and great environment. Love it when the windows are open and the sun is out. Stronger coffee than Costa which is great and the kids love the frappes.

We enjoy using Coffee#1 in Daventry, good coffee etc but today, it seems the app failed. I have a Blue light card on my app. I usually pay and get stamps using the app.Today despite assurances from staff that the app is slow, charged full price, no stamps and no record of visit under activity. Unsurprisingly, the cost of the coffees went through without a hitch at full price!!I have a number of vouchers from previous visits but these never seem to be accessible.This is not the first time this has happened.Shame as coffee is good24th May 22 - I am pleased to advise that the app is now behaving itself after numerous deletes and reloading.

Great coffee and there are many other drinks in different sizes. They do a hot apple juice with cinnamon which was perfect for the cold morning. They do a selection of snacks, the usual pastries, cakes and biscuits but also have a fruit bowl. There are glasses freely available to help yourself to water. Outside there are a few tables for smokers or to enjoy the weather. Inside there are plenty of tables of different sizes and it's a busy place but having a high ceiling the noise doesn't get overwhelming and you can hear your coffee companions easily.

Very friendly! Extremely dog friendly! Very welcoming and patient with our 7 months old lab puppy who was super excited to be there. Great coffee and a lovely selection of delicious cakes! Lovely atmosphere Definitely recommend.

Wow! What a lovely experience from Coffee #1 Daventry! Bear with me :). Me and hubby had a coffee and shortbread at the Weston-Super-Mare branch whilst on holiday last summer and hubby being a bit of a shortbread connoisseur was well impressed by the tasty biscuits. I had a thought that it wd be a great idea to get him some for Valentines. Unfortunately there isn’t a Coffee #1 near me in Northampton so rang the nearest branch explaining that I couldn’t drive to Daventry but could they post me some of their Shortbread for a Valentines treat for hubby. The gentleman was so kind and said he would send them free of charge and true to his word they arrived the very next day, just now! We are in a very troubled and uncertain era - to be the recipient of such an act of kindness is both humbling and heartening. If this is the level of service from a stranger/unpaying customer, I can only imagine you will be treated like royalty as a paying customer. Thank you so much Coffee #1 Daventry - and to the chap who answered my call and arranged this - you are a star! Thank you ❤️.

A large coffee shop that has good ambience and decor. Coffee was great and a good selection of cakes, pastries and other food. Far better than the Costa Coffee next door.
