Absolute taste of sensation with the Strawberry & Cream Waffle served up by the friendliest staff today. She introduced herself as Jane and the service was second to none from start to finish.Look forward to visiting again soon with even more family and friends in the near future

Friendly staff, excellent ice cream.

Haven't been in for a while but sadly the service hasn't improved, they all seem like they can't be bothered. Not acknowledged or greeted properly when entering, no one bothered to wipe the table when we sat down (this has happened twice in the past) and was ignored for several minutes. Staff look like they would rather be somewhere else, no eye contact and miserable faces... and they all seem a bit confused like it's their first day. Considering the nice menu, very glum atmosphere in there so we left without bothering to order.

Ordered 2 milkshakes - they both tasted stale and nothing like the flavour ordered. The bubblegum scoop of ice cream did not taste near to bubblegum. Lovely staff and welcoming but desserts are not very nice. Would not recommend the milkshakes and the bubblegum ice cream. Wasted my money!

Visited due to the good reviews... unfortunately I'm not sure who actually wrote them.Wasn't really busy but staff were more interested in their phones than actually serving customers.The staff were less than inviting and to be quite honest the coffee tastes like a weak Nescafé ...I'd avoid personally.better service and product at a burger van.

Very friendly service and the waffles, sundaes and milkshakes were fantastic 👍Would highly recommend whether for a coffee or a special treat like this 🙂

Looked lovely but very disorganised upon entry. Took a while to be served/acknowledged. Jacket potato with cheese and beans with barely any toppings at all. No gloves worn during prep and hands constantly wiped on trousers.....server needed to be walked through each step of what to do - if training that is fine and understandable but please check their work especially before letting them hand it to a customer.

What a super place! Myself, my friend and our 2 young daughters visited today, lovely freshly made food, good coffee, and a fab selection of tempting puddings! We had Panini's which were very nice, we will definitely be back for more!
