McDonald's in Daventry

I usually enjoy food from McDonalds Daventry. Unfortunately, this time was not so good. Most of us had chicken selects which were plastic and seemed undercooked. The coating g did not stick to the chicken very well. The fries were limp and soggy, whereas, normally, they are crispy on the outside. I assume that this was a one-off and look forward to using this restaurant again.

Excellent in every way service perfect and the staff are very friendly top quality burgers

Quite slow and no where to park, food was stone cold. SO many delivery people taking up parking and tables.

Very BAD! Everything was cold, even coffee was cold. Probably because they are saving on delivery and adding more than 1 customer per delivery , even though you pay over £3 for delivery. Fries overcooked, old salad in wrap and missing dip. Feel sad for spending money on this food if you can call it food. Driver was okay.

An up to date establishment with great food. The staff there are brilliant and all had a great customer rapport. Well done guys!

Had a lovely McDonald’s today and the manger well I think it was didn’t get his name lovely man brought my food over to to table as could see I had my hands full with the kids just want to say thanks to him :) he was also dealing with kids outside that was not aloud in and I felt he Doubt with it all very well and chilled what a great guy :)

Never received (paid for) dips for chicken selects, as well as no straws or napkins but those are less of an issue. After contacting McDonalds support I was fobbed off with excuses and a refusal of a refund for said item. I was informed to speak to the branch, now that would be handy if contact details weren’t hidden and I knew it wouldn’t be ignored. Absolute disgrace and dreadful customer service from a multi billion £ organisation. Here’s hoping for a five guys. Also anyone want a real burger I recommend Hogs & Hops, local and have good customer service.Ps McDonald’s customer service website doesn’t actually give you contact details like the link is supposed to. Instead they hide behind a broken automated system that doesn’t even include items on their menu.

Was busy lunch and the drive thru was taking ages {queue was back onto the main road} so went inside. Order to table service seemed at a fine pace, maybe 5 mins from order. They forgot the drinks on the table service but corrected it once I told them. Tried the cheap chicken sandwich was dreadful, very cheap, definitely wouldn't go for it. Kids all on happy meals which can't go far wrong, chips and nuggets, easy win.

Beyond useless, each time I select no cheese due to an allergy issue, mostly ignored and put in anyway so goes in the bin. You're either overworked or illiterate, my presumption is the first. Either way the management need to take responsibility for this and fix it.

Good location just came out of motorway, also plenty of parking space. Touchscreen order system also help to keep social distance between server and customer.The only thing that confusing is the machine ask for table top plate which looks like plastic numbering stand . Which can't be fine anywhere and the stuff guide the table no which stick on the dining area. That's the number need to key in when you dining in. (For the 50% eat out to help out offers)Hygiene wise toilet was very clean at 11am noon section, table also spotless. No messy like others fast food chainRecommended
