Takeaway review: Astonishing value for money. Portion sizes are Huge! If you and your partner aren't big eaters, and can share a main and rice without issue - and instead spend the money on a starter or two instead 😉 The quality of the food is soo much better than the other restaurants. Being new to the area, I've finally found a restuarant that actually makes really descent curry! (including vegetarian options for the Missus).And it's the little things too. The naan is fresh and doughy, the rice is fluffy and tasty. Even the packaging is tasteful, with a 'Thank you - enjoy your meal' inked in gold letters.Genuinely - if you like your curry, this should be on your list of restaurants to try.

Booked a table for two - place was busy but not crowded and tables well spaced. Beautiful white table cloths and everything clean and smart - nothing fussy. Good service and food was great. I will definitley go again

Extremely high quality food at the purple ivy. Service has always been flawless too. I don't know where in Northamptonshire you could go for Indian food that would be better. Remains excellent.

From the wonderful greeting and friendliness of the Staff, to the lovely, clean, spaciousness of the restaurant, to the absolutely delicious food, Purple Ivy scores 10 out of 10 all round.3 of us visited, and three meals were consumed completely 😋 Perfect amount served for each course. Vegetarian and vegans beautifully catered for! As was my Service Dog. The staff were so kind, gentle and thoughtful to him.We WILL be back! Very soon!

Had the most delicious meal at Purple Ivy last night. First date night that me and my husband have had post lockdown and it was really special. The food was cooked to perfection, so tasty. The service was incredible. As soon as we'd finished our starters, the waiter was clearing ready for our mains. Our drinks were not left empty, it was fantastic. Such a beautiful restaurant too. Such friendly people. Definitely give this place a try! Well done guys ❤️

Friendly and welcoming restaurant where the team do their best (very well) to accommodate different tastes and dietary requirements, and to provide food that's not on the menu. Takeaway food is collection only. Great value.

Food was good. Lovely ambience. Very busy so that gives you an idea of how popular it is. Staff are attentive and professional. We had an unhurried excellent evening here.

Spice and flavour coupled with friendly efficient service. Good choices on the menu - will be back to try more soon.
