whatever you buy, you never get sauce, you never get ketcup, anywhere in this world if you go to a kfc, you get free sauce, here you always have to buy, whether you buy family feast, bonless feast, you never get free sauce. , almost always something is missing from the order. I will never come here again, zero services.

Should open at 12:00. Keyword is should. At least 30 groups were waiting and left by 12:10 for Burger King next door. Did I dine in or take away is pointless question if it did not open on time. Note, this is outlet in M'Way service station where customers do not have too much time to spend

Chips without salt and thet taste like my father's socks... No ketchup, that waiting time- 25 minute for 10pcs hot wings which are not hot hahaha. Only one lady behind the till was working, lads looks like they don't know where they are and what they doing, it was my last visit, ridiculous

Always 50% chance that half your order would be missing. Never gonna touch this place again. Would be nice to know if the drivers are snatching it or there is no brain capacity among the workers in the restaurant. Just don't touch it is my advice

Visited today just before lunch, wasn’t busy at all, but waited a good 20 minutes for our order. Got food home and we had been given the wrong order and absolutely not to the value we paid. Not the friendliest service either, so won’t be returning.

Restaurant was filthy, toilets were very unhygienic, 20 min wait to order food as none of the self service machines working. Then when you get to the till there are no hot drinks and the weather is freezing outside. Will never go to this restaurant again, in covid times they should be cleaning even more now. Disgusting for a large chain.

Perhaps the slowest ever restaurant in the world. Actually, definitely the slowest. I saw some trees and dinosaurs which were then liquified to make petrol quicker than it took for them to fulfill an order. Wow.

Terrible service. 2 out of 4 order kiosks not working and after being ignored at the counter for 10 minutes assume they are not taking orders their either... Looonnng wait for food, staff look like deer in the headlights. TBH KFC needs to take few lessons from Macdonalds on efficiency!

Just sat and waited 45mins to get from the drive through order box to get to collect. As usual rather than extra chips they’ve given out near end of date coleslaw - good job I’m not lactose intolerant but either way it’s going in the bin. Literally lost count of how many times they’ve done that. On the bright side they’ve recently cut the hedges so there’s no more rats jumping up your wheel arches.

28 minute wait for food, which was stone cold when I received it. Also got some parts of my order wrong. Witnessed the staff completely ignoring other customers - and in their defence this KFC seemed to be incredibly under-staffed.
