Often criticised for the decor however i personally found it a friendly pub with a good pint and good home cooked good.My only observation is that there's a limited choice of beers.From captain quick.

There was nobody serving. We waited 10 minutes. I even phoned and nobody answered the phone.We went to The Plough instead were we were welcomed.
