Disappointed with some of the meals. Waited half an hour for one. However great setting and the Manager was great and discounted my bill. Staff very friendly.

Wasn't too busy. Food was lovely and great portions. Had a lovely wee terrier dog named Benny. That was my highlight. So imagine dog friendly establishment

Go and see for yourself. But really I think it is a wonderful pub. Reviews are only in the eyes of the reviewer and its a nice trip.out.

Friendly and fun local community pub with great people behind it. Proper drinking pub with a nice atmosphere and a good attention to details. Excellent! It also has breakfast and some B&B rooms upstairs. Great

Only popped in for a quick pint with my parents. The Plough seems to be the only pub in the region with a choice of ales. I had the Trelawny, followed by Eagle and both were outstanding!

Stopped here for lunch on Sunday and was really impressed with the way they’ve adapted by converting the car park into an outdoor, distanced bar/seating area.Good selection of beers on tap and food options (our kids loved the tapas-style menu option-chilli beef was amazing). Staff were friendly and attentive too, would 100% recommend!

Absolutely lovely place. The Inn had a bar area with a few different rooms that all felt cosy, and a really well decorated and homely feeling restaurant area. The staff were friendly and the lady that served us for the evening was quite quirky in a good way that added an extra level of friendliness to the evening. I got the feeling immediately that she took pride in her work and would do her best to serve us in any way she could. The food was clearly all freshly made and was really tasty, especially the brownie. The music was chilled out and not too overbearing, and there is a car park there for easy parking. Really recommend.

We had heard that the Plough Inn had improved a great deal but we had no idea just how excellent it has become. Twelve of us had delicious meals from starters, mains to desert, excellent coffee's as well. The service was great for a big table, no waiting and happy, smiling staff. Well worth a trip for Sunday lunch. Thanks for a lovely evening.
