Burger King in Derby

Ordered a burger with no sauce. It came with mayo and ketchup. I took it back and asked if the fries could be changed also as they had gotten some sauce on. The guy took the bag into the back and gave it back to me. Same fries different burger. Ended up vomiting for 2 days because I ate some mayo. I'm not allergic but there's something in it that makes me sick.Place is dirty and staff don't care that much.

Always prefer BK over McDonald's or any other fast food chain. This particular restraint is much preferred as they accept the app codes which makes it so much more affordable than usual. Quite an airy space too.

Every single table was covered in rubbish and spills. The toilets were disgusting. Didn't look like they had been cleaned in days and the floor was so slippy. The food was cold and very dry. Do not think it was fresh at all

Always have the nicest people working and the best cheese bites anywhere. Sometimes I’ll have the one or two missing from my order which brings this down to a 4 but never really had any problems. Food is a good temperature for me but isn’t piping hot

Last time I came here to buy halloumi sticks, they was cold, soggy and chewy. Today I bought 20 vegan nuggets and half of them was old cold and tough. I’m not very impressed With this service. If you’re going to give half fresh nuggets you might as well give all of them fresh.

Arrived at the drive thru prior to 9pm, staff could see me and ignored me. Waited 5 minutes, drove round to the next window and beeped, staff still ignored. Pulled up and saw staff member outside smoking, asked what was going on and was told they close at 9pm. It's been 10pm for years, no signs to indicate otherwise. Google still says 10pm. Staff put cones outside drive thru entrance after I drove around. Disgusted at staff, very clearly had cleaned too early and didn't want to bother serving.

Friendly staff. Had the plant based whopper, which was good. Downside, was that, the fries were cold! Nice to see that the car park was spotlessly clean.

Food was disgusting. It was dirty inside even though it was empty. The staff weren't friendly at all. We ate in but it came in a takeaway bag. Missed nuggets off. The bread for the burgers was stale!! We didn't actually eat the burgers. Avoid.

What a disgrace. The food was as expected but the place is so dirty. I was there for around 20 minutes and no one cleaned any of the tables. From looking at other reviews this has been going on for a long time.

This place is a embarrassment to burger King 🤴 this establishment has filthy tables covered in other customers food the flooring has fries and anything else you can think of on it. If I was the owner of this place I'd be ashamed to even open the doors up to dogs. It needs more staff and a good look at its cleaning procedures.
