Burger King in Derby

OK so food was fine. But the service and state of the place let the whole thing down. Felt like the staff had no idea how to run the place.

I have reviewed burger king in the past giving them 5 stars.I have now been forced to change that review for this one star review. My partner called at the local store at pride park in Derby this evening an purchased 2 whopper meals. Both came with half a portion of fries. And both burgers were inedible due to the fact half of the lid of the bun was rock solid as if they had been stored next to a hot appliance and had dried out.On top of that both burgers were only mildly warm and swimming in mayonnaise.I tried to call the store and after half hour of calling and being disconected every 60 seconds due to no answer i gave up and decided toend my review.I will not recommend anyone use this store as if they can not maintain a standard of excellence when making their most popular item on the menu then why would anyone want to use this store.I am a great supporter of Burger King as their Burgers are far better than their main rival however this store really does let the name of Burger King down. This is not the first time we have had cause to dismayed at the standards kept at this branch. Please everyone think about using the competition or traveling into the town centre to use that Branch

Rude staff and dirty restaurant will never vist this restaurant again. Not busy can see why but your bins overflowing disgusting tables and floors and your service leads less to be desired. Can see why not much custom

Ordered a burger with no sauce. It came with mayo and ketchup. I took it back and asked if the fries could be changed also as they had gotten some sauce on. The guy took the bag into the back and gave it back to me. Same fries different burger. Ended up vomiting for 2 days because I ate some mayo. I'm not allergic but there's something in it that makes me sick.Place is dirty and staff don't care that much.

Always prefer BK over McDonald's or any other fast food chain. This particular restraint is much preferred as they accept the app codes which makes it so much more affordable than usual. Quite an airy space too.

Always have the nicest people working and the best cheese bites anywhere. Sometimes I’ll have the one or two missing from my order which brings this down to a 4 but never really had any problems. Food is a good temperature for me but isn’t piping hot

Last time I came here to buy halloumi sticks, they was cold, soggy and chewy. Today I bought 20 vegan nuggets and half of them was old cold and tough. I’m not very impressed With this service. If you’re going to give half fresh nuggets you might as well give all of them fresh.

What a disgrace. The food was as expected but the place is so dirty. I was there for around 20 minutes and no one cleaned any of the tables. From looking at other reviews this has been going on for a long time.

This place is a embarrassment to burger King 🤴 this establishment has filthy tables covered in other customers food the flooring has fries and anything else you can think of on it. If I was the owner of this place I'd be ashamed to even open the doors up to dogs. It needs more staff and a good look at its cleaning procedures.

Been through drive thru (max head room 2.8m) it's a bit tight to get a larger car around. Servers poliet. A little bit of a wait (compared to going to McDonalds at the same time ~ for happy meals). Didn't have thier hot drinks machine working so no hot chocolate available ☹ Food was hot and tasty. The burgers were well assembled and presented. Diet coke was a good mix. Fries crispy. Would recommend overall.
