Burger king in Derby

As Burgerking go the food in this restaurant is awful, the staff are fine, can't fault them, the place is in dire need of refurbishment , the times I have been here the food is over cooked, and that's if the order is complete, majority of the time, my take away order is missing something.

Just been for a takeaway and all but one staff outside talking. Sat at drive through no response . So drove through and girl in window just looked at us. Didn’t manage to get any food

OK so food was fine. But the service and state of the place let the whole thing down. Felt like the staff had no idea how to run the place.

Rude staff and dirty restaurant will never vist this restaurant again.Not busy can see why but your bins overflowing disgusting tables and floors and your service leads less to be desired.Can see why not much custom

Ordered a burger with no sauce. It came with mayo and ketchup. I took it back and asked if the fries could be changed also as they had gotten some sauce on. The guy took the bag into the back and gave it back to me. Same fries different burger. Ended up vomiting for 2 days because I ate some mayo. I'm not allergic but there's something in it that makes me sick.Place is dirty and staff don't care that much.

Always prefer BK over McDonald's or any other fast food chain. This particular restraint is much preferred as they accept the app codes which makes it so much more affordable than usual. Quite an airy space too.

Always have the nicest people working and the best cheese bites anywhere. Sometimes I’ll have the one or two missing from my order which brings this down to a 4 but never really had any problems. Food is a good temperature for me but isn’t piping hot

What a disgrace. The food was as expected but the place is so dirty. I was there for around 20 minutes and no one cleaned any of the tables. From looking at other reviews this has been going on for a long time.

This place is a embarrassment to burger King 🤴 this establishment has filthy tables covered in other customers food the flooring has fries and anything else you can think of on it. If I was the owner of this place I'd be ashamed to even open the doors up to dogs. It needs more staff and a good look at its cleaning procedures.

Been through drive thru (max head room 2.8m) it's a bit tight to get a larger car around. Servers poliet. A little bit of a wait (compared to going to McDonalds at the same time ~ for happy meals). Didn't have thier hot drinks machine working so no hot chocolate available ☹ Food was hot and tasty. The burgers were well assembled and presented. Diet coke was a good mix. Fries crispy. Would recommend overall.
