Great food great staff nothing to much trouble the food always hot and the cafe is so clean

Order scramble eggs done in microwave like chewing rubber avoid ordering scramble eggs unless you have a lot of spare time on your hands

Deaf awareness 👍The best cafe within all of Derby City centre inside of A lively welcoming atmosphere of Eagel market Amazing hard working staff that does top notch quality cooked breakfast and meals served with care and passion and decent cuppas a treat to go to if your having a work break or a catch up with friends and family a fantastic meeting place and comfortable relaxing fun place to also if you just want time to think while enjoying proper food at the heart ❤ and soul of the town. A great place to give yourself a treat and also if you are deaf the staff also knows sign language 👋 and that itself is brilliant!!! because there's not many shops, restaurants cafes ect that's doesn't know how to commicate with what they need and want and makes them feel left out which is a real shame! it should be recognised more by companies that only because they can't hear doesn't mean they don't go shopping or go dining out with friends or family and those places are way behind because of this and there's is a big deaf community left out because of this, And this great cafe is aware of this and very welcoming to the deaf society let's hope more places follows this good example and start making the rest of us feel included

I have been coming here for many years as i love the breakfast here especially now they do hashbrowns. Well the last 3 times i been coming within the month, i have seen rudeness from the 2 ladys who work here. The oldish gray long hair lady with small oldish lady with glasses. Just rude no thanks. I ordered food she was not happy as she had to go to the fridge freezer twice, she said you could of told me you didnt want or want that save me walking there back twice.She didn't even take the order fully and it was even wrong when food came out.The staff just need to cheer up and slap a smile on there face. Feel unwanted as a customer.

Lovely food lovely staff. I go for a breakfast and coffee and enjoy the banter with the staff.

What a wee gem. We had breakfast and lunch to take out. Absolutely gorgeous and nothing too much bother. Staff were as brillia t as the food.

Best cafe in derby I go their every week great customer service nothing wrong the food lovely food and all have a laugh and joke with all the staff my 2 children love the staff there are family to me and my children

Having had my breakfast here every day this week what can I say other than fantastic good food great selection very friendly staff prices are very good and the place is immaculate all the time I would recommend the big English breakfast or tea and cake which I sampled a few times a great hidden gem which needs checking out.
