Cafe Ashiana in Derby

Great atmosphere and lovely customer service from workers. Sheesha is bang on perfect. Food can do with a bit of upgrade. Apart from that this sheesha is 10/10 and lounge is 10/10

The best shisha lounge in the Midlands. I came to watch the Amir Khan fight. The atmosphere was amazing. The shisha was spot on and lasted a good while, the customer service was brilliant even though the place was packed.I will definitely be back.Keep it up

Travelled from Nottingham to watch the amir khan fight to find out you have to pay for another shisha after a an hour and a half of being in there, after that time was up a guy came and snatched the shisha off the table demanding us to buy another or we’ll have to leave! Also no table service whatsoever you have to get up and go order in the line that doesn’t even go down. Shocking to say this place is so nice

The customer service is appalling at this place, the staff look after their own friends, but not bothered about the customers. Had to pay £7.50 just to sit there, as I don’t smoke Shisha. What a rip off. The drinks are overpriced with a lot of ice, so you get less. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It’s a real pity the management don’t know how to run such a place. The decor of the place is nice. Only good thing about it. Go elsewhere.

Cafe Ashiana is actually one of the best all-rounders as far as food (including dessert) shisha and drinks are concerned - I’d probably go as far as saying one of the best outside London!My third time of visiting (from Sheffield) and it’s been impeccable each time.The most recent time (Fri 12 Nov) we decided to try food and we both opted for the smash burger with peri fries. I can’t begin to tell you how much this burger absolutely annihilates actual smash burger joints; the meat/fat ratio was perfect and the peri fries topped it off!Fridays shisha order was pomegranate, grape and mint and it was made how it should. Classic flavour, tasted spot on.The ambience and decor of Cafe Ashiana is easily one of the best I’ve visited. Everything from comfortable seating, ample heating, TV’s and an outdoor section (which looks incredible, not sat outside yet).Cafe Ashiana has set levels.

Frozen Lychee and Frozen Raspberry £16⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀This lounge has been on the list for over a year and since I was close to the area (around 40 miles away) I had to pop down for a breakfast shisha. Upon entering we checked using the track and trace app and then ordered and paid for our drinks and shisha. We then proceeded into the lounge and sat down in the comfy seats whilst waiting for our shisha. Shisha came out within 10 minutes in an Alpha X with an AOB provost. It was one of those lychees that you could taste which I was happy with, the clouds as you know from an alpha is great. This lounge gives alpha x as standard and they have way over 100 in the inventory. The lounge is beautiful, they have a roof bar and also work is undergoing on an extension into the garden for an outside smoking area, they also have an outdoor seating area. The service was brilliant I spent some time speaking to one of the guys who was nice he talked about how long the lounge has been open and the refurbishments which took place over the years. The vibe was nice with music playing in the background and football on screen. Everything was great even the pricing is very reasonable for the equipment you get I would definitely recommend this lounge to everyone. There are a few pay and display parking spaces on the surrounding roads but are limited.

Love this lounge. Customer service was brilliant. Swift service and covid safety in place too. Great music and vibe. Pipe was a great smoke coal was constantly changed when needed didnt have to ask. Also tried the chicken burger and masala chips tasted really good. Thanks for a great time guys will be back!

WOW where can i start.. I have had the most outstanding experience at Cafe Ashiana. I have been coming here for years, since they first opened. I have always received the finest experience. They have just undergone a full refurbishment where they have added a rooftop and a huge garden area for those nice hot summer days. The decor is just WOW! It does not feel like you’re in Derby!The staff always go above and beyond to look after us and making sure we always feel comfortable.Thank you so much for looking after us.Wishing Cafe Ashiana the success! : )
