Chatime in Derby

Come here fairly often. I usually get a Slush fruit tea and it’s good value at £4.70 as you can choose 2 flavours and toppings . Also they have a great assortment of ramen, baked snacks and various other grocery products. There’s also a fridge section with crepe cakes which look yummy. They also have loyalty cards which you can ask for at the till so you do get rewarded for visits which is good.

I’ve never ordered fresh food or drink from here before, but I’ve been a few times for their snacks. I can highly recommend the Shrimp Flavoured Snacks and Rice Crackers! The store itself is cosy and well-organised, and the staff are always welcoming. It’s a shame that the store isn’t a little roomier, as it can become quite crowded and uncomfortable when busy, but otherwise it’s a perfect little shop!

All the staff are helpful. The lady at the counter was one of most informative staff I’ve ever seen. She explained through the sugar levels and types of customisation for the bubble tea. A must visit if you’re in Derby city centre!

I think the process of ordering drinks can be a little intimidating for people new to bubble tea, but Iooking over the menu to get general idea of what you want before helps. I let the woman at the till know it was our first time there and she was very helpful and patient guiding us through it even when it was busy which was appreciated.I grew up getting boba in a lot of different places and I can confirm it's pretty authentic and good quality. I always get cravings for jasmine bubble tea and every place does it differently- but theirs was delicious! It really brought me back to my younger days. Not too sweet and a really nice pronounced jasmine flavor. Husband and I really enjoyed it, even for his first time, and will be back.

My go-to bubble tea. Love this place! amazing flavour range, fab in store products, lovely staff too!! shame it’s placed quite out of the way as this would be a huge hit if more people knew about it!!! I recommended to all my bubble loving friends and they cannot get enough ☺️☺️

really friendly/polite staff , always get my order correct.The seating area is so nice and cosy always clean ,have loads of snacks and drinks r a good price . ordered from here for years now !

When I arrived, there was a short queue but it took a long time to be served. They ran out of tapioca pearls and then told us we'd have to wait 45 minutes for them. The mango popping bubbles were recommended which personally weren't to my taste. The staff were friendly though.

I ordered a milk tea with chocolate bubbles. Inwas asked if i wanted regular or large. There was no meantion of hot or cold. I then received this drink in the picture which was cold. I went back and asked for this to be changed to a hot drink. But the staff did not make any effort to change my order and straight up said no. No apology at all. Very rude. Do not care about customer satisfaction at all.

I've been here a couple of times and it's the best bubble tea I've had! Also the first time we had the Korean pancakes and they were amazing!! Last time the staff were so helpful especially helping me with vegan options and the vegan cherry vanilla shake was really epic (photo attached) definitely worth a visit 😊
