Chilli Flames in Derby

Guy at the till is no good. Behaves like he's in his own house. When I tried returning the rice box because it was too sour, he interrogated me asking if it was my first time etc and then didn't care to fix or exchange...

Nice, fresh food. Charge for chilli sauce which is a bit odd.

Chicken used to be good when it's tasted burnt the peri peri though

The atmosphere of the restaurant and price was goodI tried the loaded mexi fries with beef and salad was fineThe flameslow was really nice soft pita but unfortunately was not testy

Poor customer experience. This branch has really gone down hill. Poor management and unprofessional. T They sent the wrong order and when we called to let them know they delivered the wrong order they claimed that they couldn’t do nothing about it and had to call delivery driver. They are rude and abrupt and are not professional in anyway nor care about their customers. Never ordering from this branch again! These guys don’t care at all about their customers! The leicester one and birmingham one are good but these guys the service is pathetic. Sent the wrong order out and would not even rectify it. Sent us less food as well we ordered for 3 people they sent us food for only one

First time buy. Absolutely delicious and the delivery driver was brilliant 👏This food is better than nandos

Poor service got the order wrong and made me feel like a liar. Took ages to prepare also and I had to do 2 trips as the moron couldn't pack everything even though I told him to double check!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND AVOID

I didn't like my first visit but this one was great... Maybe lunch hours are great for outings...

Very slow service, tables dirty, staff unhelpful..... Don't know if the food is good. Still waiting for it. 30minutes and counting for 5 chicken strips and popcorn chicken.
