Plenty of parking spaces, a friendly welcome and isles of well stocked products.I purchased Levi jeans, a Lenovo computer, ice cream, Pepsi, kitchen knifes and a large pack of brownies.Great prices and although there was a queue at the checkout this moved very quickly.

My first time visiting Costco and I have to say that I loved it. It was quite busy on a gloomy Saturday afternoon, however it was a very pleasant experience. I was actually able to find some snacks that I've been hunting for for a while. The experience definitely had a "school-trip" vibe to it, kind of like IKEA. Awesome! :)

Used it for years.Good prices throughout the store and the food prices in the restaurant are very good value.

Great value for money, helpful staff and polite, nothing is too much trouble. Tasted some of the samples today and ended up with 2 out of 3 of the foods in my trolley. Its a great idea to be able to try before you buy especially because you are buying in bulk.

Never been before !!I was pleasantly surprised, yes some items are more than Amazon but when you do find a bargain it’s very much worth buying in bulk (food items)I brought a 60 box of walkers crisps for £8 !!Oh and as for the hotdogs at £.150 including a drink…..I had two 😆

The staff that served me yesterday were so rude. The guy that ushering everybody to the tills at closing time was the worst. Some gentlemen, large in stature, was huffing lit his chest, berating us to get to the tills and get out. In no way we were we rude, us shocked by the temper and the tone he was using. There was no need for the way he was talking, ‘get to the checkout now, line up.’ No use of the words please, thank you, no apologies that he is alerting us of the end of the closing time. Even the people at the tills, the gentlemen on the furthest right last night, with some bright coloured clothing on his head muttered ‘knobhead’ under his breathe to me. The man with little amount of hair named Eddie served us with no manner and respect for his customers. No please and thanks, just directing us in such a rude manner. He was chucking our products back on to the trolley with no respect to the business we are bringing to him. He has made himself and the company at large look awful. I completely understand that it was the end of the day and the shop was closing so that people should start to pay and leave for the day, I respect that everybody wants to get home especially after a long shift but the lack of respect for customers is disgusting. Any corner shop serving their last customer would do it with a smile and let them finish any small bits before closing. I expected better for a big chain such as Costco, having been to a branch in North America, their skill set doesn’t match up with what I saw today. Disappointed!!

Petty good shopping experience overall. Have to check the price, some items does not necessarily of such quantity mean you will save and price some higher than supermarket.

As far as UK Costco shops go, this one is actually really nice. Well-located, clean, petrol station on site. Staff seemed to be very helpful and polite. The assortment of goods is rather standard for Costco (which is what you'd expect anyway), yet I enjoyed my experience shopping there compared to the shops in the London area.

Good value generally but you have to check prices especially per unit weight or volume, they have coffee beans for example on 900 gram packs rather than 1kg packs so you need to do your homework. Fruit and veg always top quality and good value.
